Absolutely exceptional service. All electronic (as things are these days), but a very helpful member of staff on hand when we arrived to guide us through - a particularly useful suggestion to photograph the receipt and send it to members of our group, PLUS another very helpful member of staff on hand AT 1.30 IN THE MORNING to make sure we recovered our cars successfully. CANNOT PRAISE THEM ENOUGH!!

Everything fine when parking, but on return home we were totally confused about where to go to collect the car. Eventually we found a bus with ‘drop and go’ on it and waited for the bus. It probably didn’t help that our flight home was re-routed to Birmingham airport then a bus transfer which dropped us off at departures. There were no signs for drop and go in the airport there, so we were lost for a while.

When arrive at drop & go need signs to remind me to note what lane I’ve parked in so when dropping the car keys off so I don’t have go back to my car. When arrived at T2 and waiting for the drop & go bus, waited for over 20 minutes and when the bus come it was a white unmarked bus with no location sign at the front of the bus had to driver where he was going.

Car parking fine as usual but misled by what I thought was fast track through security. Gave me fast track through passport control for my return journey instead after pre filling date as date of departure. Tried to cancel as clearly I was not returning but unable to contact anyone or cancel. Appears totally unfair and lost £10. Will not use fast track through Holiday Extras ever again.

No improvement needed runs very smoothly. Very easy to book very well looked after through the booking in process. Vehicle taken care of. Disability needs met. Second time we have used this service and definitely would use again. Makes travelling easier . Most definitely would recommend.

As this was a new experience for us we were unaware of the dropping off procedure. The staff on duty were reluctant to assist us and all the other customers who eere having similar problems. After checking in the car and leaving the key we were told by the person in charge that we had to walk to the departure terminal!

Usual great efficient service at the drop off, however the transfer bus could do with a re think for luggage, as very high for frail to lift cases in to racks.Return signage for keys could be better regards different screens for different boxs, pc should indicate pc A or B etc. Minor point but frustrating after long flight.

It was so easy to park the car with 'Drop and Go'. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. Staff were on hand to guide us through the process and were very helpful, polite and cheerful. On our return the process was again very simple. Instructions and directions were printed and very easy to follow. This was our first time of using 'Drop and Go' but it certainly won't be our last! Thank you.

The staff we encountered when we first arrived at the Drop and Go car park were all extremely helpful and very friendly. We were impressed by all aspects of the Park and Go set-up. There was the automatic scanning of the car on arrival to detect any pre-existing damage to the bodywork. And the automated procedure for collecting our keys and the car when we returned to the airport at the end of our holiday was very impressive. It all went so smoothly with no need for interaction with any members of staff - in fact, there weren't any there - perhaps not surprising at 2.30 in the morning. And there was no damage to our car.

The parking experience was fantastic and well organised. I am disappointed that the price increased by £40 by changing my booking by 1 day due to a flight cancellation (no extra days) - I found this excessive and would prevent me using Holiday Extras again.

My flights got cancelled so changed to another provider. I had to alter my stay by 8 hours but your system wouldn’t let me. I had no choice but to cancel and re-book at an additional cost of £45 only to then receive an email saying you would give 48hrs extra cover for free. Also you didn’t respond to my emails. No phone contact either. Very poor and I will take my business elsewhere

Drop and go was very efficient. The only reason I did not give it a 10 was the cost. Parking at Manchester is ridiculously expensive at the moment, probably double what it was before the pandemic

Car park was great very easy. Pick up from terminal was shocking waited half hour for a bus & it only came we phoned & the bus driver arrived with a serious attitude & drove us back like he was in a formula one car .. suitcase that was stored correctly went flying

Car parking in Drop and Go went very smoothly at 03:00 and on collection at 22:00 using Terminal 2. Fast Pass Security was a great decision as the terminal was so busy. The only issue was that Fast Track wasn’t clearly identifiable but an attendant took us to where the queue was.
