Used this service 4 times this year and have plans for other bookings. A great service (Drop & Go) albeit had one or two minor issues with on-line booking

Used drop and go parking at Manchester.. the easiest best , nicest place. Drive up, get let in by NPR. Park. Drop keys. Very slick. Close to airport - and there’s a bus On return swipe voucher, get keys and walk to car. Brilliant

First time using Drop & Go at Manchester Airport. Absolutely flawless service. Welcome message with your name on arrival, quick parking. Key drop no problems. Quick shuttle to the airport, only waites a couple of minutes and journey us less than 5 mins. On return we didnt even see anyone, scanned our ticket, got our key from a small locker and our car was waiting for us at the door! All for £85 for 10 days. Fantastic!

Recognised are car when entering car park,gentleman waiting to show us which lane to go in, helpful staff inside and helped us book in, bus waiting to take us to the terminal,on arrival back quick and easy to pick are car up,all in all a very good service

I can't say you did well or you did good if I'm being honest. Paid 86 quid to park my car in a lane for some one else to then park it in a space 30 yards away. The multistory you drive to is a 10 minute walk. I then got my key back out of a key locker on return from holiday, by using a receipt that you gave me, that I was told if I lost it would be a head ache. I think taking my key with me next time will be less stressful. Your car park is the same distance from the other car parks that you just park yourself and are 25 quid cheaper. I honestly don't see the point of your USP. I expected to roll up outside T1 and go straight into check in, not have to drag 4 ssuitcases over 3 main roads and 2 car parks on a 10 minute walk.

The website is confusing. I wanted to book drop and go at T2 as the site asked me which terminal I was traveling from so I could walk straight into T2. But drop and go is the far side of T1 so we had to get a bus which is NOT what we wanted. I will not book drop and go again as it works now

Like some others in the travel industry, Holiday Extras are taking advantage of travellers where they can. Our flights were cancelled or changed (not by us) several times. When they were brought forward by one day H.Ex said lounge bookings weren’t available on that day. When we checked as a new customer they actually were, just more expensive. The truth is you’d rather sell them to someone else at a much higher price and expect us to take a voucher. Similar with parking. For one days extra parking, you wanted DOUBLE what we paid for 12 days. HOLIDAY EXTRAS ARE GREEDY CHEATS AND I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. When I get round to it, I’ll be adding my verified Trust Pilot review. Shouldn’t expect YOU’LL be publishing these comments.

At reception, they rebooked our return time due to an error, when we returned my keys were not in the locker. Called the reception at 2.15 am, the wrong return time had been put in the system.. had to wait untill after 3am for car, very poor

Car parking was just as stated when booking and went smoothly. On return to my car it had a flat battery which was quickly fixed by helpful staff . I will definitely use this parking again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
