Used the drop and go service at Manchester Airport and it was so well organised and efficient we had someone to greet us advise where to park and drop keys etc and shuttle bus was right outside the whole process there and back was less than 15 mins absolutely brilliant! We added late return cover and this tool the stress of our delayed flight home away also. Definitely using this next year!

very easy and staff available to help, particularly at sign in. Buses regular and very close proximity to airport. Would recommend Drop and Go as cheaper than other alternatives.

Manchester when travelling with easyjet is currently an abomination. 3 hours to get through security to find the plane boarding. It simply needs to run better! They need to visit better functioning airports to see how much better it could be! Not the best start to a holiday!

All went smoothly, no issues at all. Used Drop & Go quite a few times now & usually all ok, I have had my expensive new car scratched once but didn't notice until the next day, so now I always check the car before driving away from the parking spot.

Arrival at the car park was poor, little direction too few staff. Instructions on arrival were muddled, we did not get a receipt from the key attendant so on return could not get the key. At the reception they could not find the key immediately forcing us to wait until it was found. Overall it is a good idea poorly executed. More guidance on booking and arrival is desperately needed.

wasnt explained very well how to collect car on homeward journey when it said to remember which lane you were in when parking..walked around for 15 mins before an attendant found us and explained that it was the hand written note on the key that said purple then we realised we were on the wrong floor and that we didnt need to remember that position when we parked the car. confused.com

We have used Drop and Go before and it was really easy so decided to use it again through Holiday Extras as it was cheaper than going direct. Some great deals and will be using again next time we fly.
