Room was as expected. Lift access limited to all cases and one person or some cases and two people. Evening meal took a very long time to appear. When it did my friend had to return his to change salad for vegetables to get what he expected.

The room was very good. The service in the dining room was dreadful. They only had 1 chef and had to wait nearly an hour before service. Not a good menu choice. Booked return shuttle pick up and paid up front. Getting to,airport was fine but return was horrendous.tried phoning numerous times but no one picked up phone. We had to pay out for a taxi to get back to hotel and pick car up. When asked why no one picked up phone we were told they were busy. The time of trying was over half an hour. We asked about the shuttle and were told it had been running for a while, but the driver was there. Last time we will use hotel

The meal in the restaurant was not a pleasant experience. We, like everyone else, had to wait ages for our meal. The food was just about average. The service was non existant. With no mention of service charge on the menu they added 10% to the bill. We asked them to remove it and they did. As the car parking was obviously over subscribed we were asked to park at the long stay car park before our flight and that turned out to be a bonus. The bedroom was average.

got to the Hotel room was spot on. Was told there was no room in the car park but they sorted Airport Parking which was at the Airport so made my Home travel even quicker

Couldn't have asked for better service! Rooms spotless and Friendly Staff were so accommodating letting us in our room early as we arrived before time! Car park and hotel very busy at times but everyone we met so courteous and polite very organised and helpful in arranging our taxi for us will definitely recommend and use again! Breakfast lovely though if anything service bit slow as short staffed but we were in no rush!

Start breakfast earlier as this is an airport hotel after all. We had to board an early US flight and had just 10 minutes to 'enjoy'breakfast otherwise would have missed check-in.We did ask whether we could have breakfast a little sooner I.e. 6.50 am but told we could not do this. Really disappointing to have to rush. You need to start breakfast sooner or at least be a bit more flexible.

No bus service to airport either way, as the buses stop at midnight and start up at 7am, so we had to pay for cabs, extortionate on way back. Hotel was fine for stay over.

The service,room and food were appauling,this hotel can only be described as faulty towers,the rooms were stuffy with no air con,we hardly slept due to the constant noise of guests leaving or arriving to and from airport My vehicle was left here also while we were away and I arrived back to find my car wouldn't start and when I went and asked the reception I was simply shrugged off and was told it was probably the battery,it was actually another guest who helped me to start it,once I got into my car all of the radio stations has been tampered with and everything needed re-tuning,would not recon this hotel to anyone

Our arrival was fine as was hotel room, restaurant etc. Transfer to Gatwick North terminal next morning was efficient and on time. However, pickup 2 weeks later required 3 phone calls with the transport arriving 45 minutes after the first call. We had a long drive back to E Yorkshire ahead of us, so the delay experienced obviously set us back.

Advertised two restaurants inc an Indian, but this had shut down at least two weeks before we arrived. Remaining "restaurant" VERY bland with dated decor. More of a cafe with below average cafe food . Check in and out efficient and parking good. Couldn't fault room for the price.

No problem with yourselves just the hotel.We waited an hour for the hotel bus to pick us up at gatwick and were lied to by the gentleman on reception.He told us the bus had been round 3 times but i spoke to the driver and he hadn't yet the man on reception continued to lie.If i have to wait thats fine but don't keep telling me the bus will be there anytime now every time i call

Facilities were perfect. The only negative aspect was the very unfriendly and unwelcoming manager. Other than that perfect stay esp with the shuttle service. The shuttle driver on the other hand was a darling to chat with! Very friendly and made you feel really welcomed.
