The room was adequate BUT the dining experience was very poor, the speed of service was very poor 2 couples walked out due to length of time waiting we were about to as it arrived and a family of 4 got there meal for free due to poor service. The restaurant at the time was not over bizzey.

Hotel was ok but we were on the ground floor and some creep was standing on a plastic garden chair looking through the crack in our curtains while I was standing drying my hair! I heard a bang against the window which alerted me and when I looked, the perv was running off. He had the cheek to return and move the chair somewhere shortly after! Was not happy and very shocked.

No we paid for car storage for ten days. Upon our return from holiday found the rear end of our car damaged by hotels driver. Reported it to General manager asked fro there insurance details only to be told no insurance.!!!! We had to call police and general manager was rude obstructive to ourself so and police. General Manager and hotel now being investigated for no insurance allowing his drivers to drive other people's veichle said without insurance. God forbid his drivers had hit someone in the cars stored there. Best western CEO also investigating the issue.

Cold shower, room key didn't work - had to go to reception four times to resolve this, room smelt musty, no food available when we arrived thankfully we'd eaten on the way.

Hello it was a complete nightmare the directions to the hotel where not accurate the hotel was further away from the airport than was advertised and the directions to the airport purple parking where wrong including the postcode we could not find purple parking with your directions the postcode took us to the middle of nowhere no signs anywhere for purple parking we ended up going to gatwick long stay parking after 2 hours driving around it was just a nightmare.we had to park somewhere or miss our flight. And on return the customer service at gatwick longstay carpark said that this is always happening we had a bill for £122.50 the customer service personal asked for the reference number for purple parking we gave him the letter with all the information you had sent us he then replied his system would not recognize your reference number MR89L we would like to be reimbursed £122.50 as this was not our fault. The staff couldn't do enough for us on arrival even though there was a slight mistake on our part but the manger soon sorted our mistake out and was very helpful would recommend the hotel to anyone and then the car park itself a very smooth and professional process from booking in the car to the collection

When I got to the hotel they had no record of my booking. I showed them the confirmation email on my phone but had to phot holiday extra to get a fax sent to confirm I'd paid for breakfast. I was told I would have to wait an you and a half for an evening meal. I walked to a pub 10 mins away to get a nice meal. I was told at reception the pub was 40mins walk. I paid for breakfast with holiday extra but could have got it cheaper at the hotel. They were so slow getting breakfast I had to catch the later bus so had less time at airport to check in. The room was nice and comfortable, shame about the service.

This is the second time at this hotel. Suits our needs perfectly. Rooms clean and tidy. Evening meal adequate and breakfast very good. Transfer to airport and return very efficient.

The staff were not so helpful they were too busy cleaning tables than checking to see if the meals are good, when i asked for the bill it took 30 mins and in the end i had to pay at the bar, in total got their about 8:15 and left at 10:20 and all i had was a cheese burger and chips, i heard numerous people complaining about the service provided

There were long queues at the reception desk on each occasion we visited it. Signposting in the hotel was very poor. Quality of the breakfast and the service was very poor.The facilities did not match our expectations of Best Western hotel. The reception staff were helpful but the dining room staff were less than helpful.

The staff were very good and accommodation was good, however the evening meal wasnt great for the price and I have never been asked to pay a service charge for the meal before and I wasn't told that this would be included in the bill, so disappointed with the lack of warning and the charge itself which i thought was excessive

Booked two taxis for the morning but only 1 had actually been booked, taxi driver had to book another one. On return journey the hotel phone was out of order to inform them we had arrived and send bus so had to jump in taxi, actually turned out cheaper than transport through hotel.

Hotel room was average, the bathroom was awful. Breakfast was delicious. Paid £10 for lift to and from airport. On returning home after overnight flight when vehicle finally arrived for us there was no room for us and we had to wait another 45 minutes for it to come back for us. This was unnacceptable.

Not clear that you have to book a slot for the transfer, no room had to book a taxi. Travelling alone told to ring hotel for pick up transfer on return, rang hotel to be told that transfers end @ 23.00 hrs and that I would have to book a taxi to get back to the hotel. I asked the hotel to do this god me, they told me to ring them back, when I did they said I had to ring the taxi as the taxi company would not take the booking from them......

The hotel was ok, but the attached restaurant was diabolical. The waitress was rude, rushed and at one point said no to a request as she was going home. Then we waited for 30 minutes for the bill, I went looking for the attendant who seemed to be running the bar, restaurant and reception area on his own. When I received the bill there was a service charge - I found this insulting! I refused the charge and asked to amend the bill. The experience in the restaurant is going to damage your credibility for the hotel if you don't sort this out.
