The departure wait on the bus was half an hour and for others longer, however the service was reasonably efficient and the return was much better with just a couple of minutes waiting time.

Had to wait for 40 minutes for a shuttle bus to get back to our car. This is not really acceptable as you must know how many people you have arriving.

We were due to board a cruiseship on the Friday and had booked valet parking. On the Tuesday the parking company contacted me to say the meet and greet service was not available because of increased security around the launch of the ship, so our booking was changed to park and ride. When we arrived, we were greeted outside the park and ride office and transferred to the port immediately. When we returned, our car was outside the terminal and it had been cleaned. A very good service which saved any problems on arrival

It was very busy going out and the wait was a bit longer than normal. Staff were pleasant but you could feel their pressure. The return trip was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The directions to park the care were accurate, we had a friendly reassuring welcome from the staff. We didn't wait long for a mini bus to take us to the ship, the driver and all the staff were very helpful. On the way home though we waited half an hour for the coach. Although we were actually sat on the coach it was frustrating having to wait so long to get on our onward journey. There did not appear to be any particular reason for the delay and explanation was forthcoming. This driver was not as friendly. Staff back at the parking lot could not have been better.

The staff and the service provided at Cruise Parking Southampton was excellent. From the moment we arrived at the car park reception everything ran like clockwork. The transfer to the cruise ship was smooth and efficient. Our cases were put on the coach and the next time we saw them was in our stateroom on the ship. On our return we were met by a representative and taken by coach back to our car which was ready to drive home. A great service.

I thought it was excellent service as on arrival you took our bags from the car to the coach & from the coach to the ship. On our return a lady was there to direct us to the coach and on arrival at the car park the coach pulled up beside our car & we had help again with our bags to the car. Many thanks for an excellent service

We did not really think it was a good 'meet and greet' when we had to take the car to the car park and pick it up from there afterwards! We have parked our own car before at Southampton and had it brought to a different terminal.

The day we arrived was good. The day we returned was poor. Bus was too small with respect to seating and the luggage van was not available. It took over an hour from getting on the bus to leaving for the car parking area.
