We paid the late return insurance. Our plane returned late. We were charged £10 late return by APH. I have claimed this back from Holiday Extras, and have just submitted further information in support of the claim, including confirmation from the airline that the flight was delayed.
Given the amount of access that both APH and HE have to the flight data, and given that I had advised of my return flight number before I left UK, I should not be left to jump through any hoops to claim this money back. If it were a properly coordinated operation, APH would already be aware of the late flight and the fact I had paid the late return insurance, and upon my late arrival would simply wave me through, rather than asking me to pay £10 and reclaim from HE.

Upon my return I found my electric car battery less charged than I left it also the drive mode was set in "sport" mode but I always drive it in "eco" mode and finally, the rear view mirror was adjusted for a person taller than me. I'll use the parking again but next time,I'll take pictures of everything just in case I need them.

Straight forward to book through Holiday Extras , the car park was easy to find. Easy access as barriers lift up as it recognises your number plate. Getting to the terminal was a very short walk. I used to book meet and great but prefer this and it's a little cheaper.

We have used this car-parking several times. Easy to find, quick check-in and helpful staff.
Only comment is that on each return our car has been parked at the far end of the park - not helpful if raining or dark and car is not that easy to find. As they know time of return, they could bring the car nearer to collection building?

Road to jetparks 3 car park from Man airport was closed. No diversion signposted. It took us 1 hr 40 minutes to get from the airport to the car park and then back to the airport via the shuttle bus. Fortunately we had allocated plenty of time. Very stressful. Never again!

Parking is easy and so well organised and there is always someone at hand to guide you through checking your vehicle in if your new to D&G. We've never waited long for the bus pick up on return and it's so easy to collect your keys and find your vehicle with the help of a coloured coordinated map, once you've used this service you won't go anywhere else.

Excellent service - on arrival my number plate was not picked up so I had to take a token. At 4am there was no one around or asking the barrier. On arriving back at the barrier, the agent was really helpful in finding my booking, advising the camera was not reading my reg and cancelling the £478 parking fee the token had run up. I was very happy with everything until I came to find my car on my return which was after 11.00pm. I was just directed to the yellow area and wandered around in the dark for nearly 15 minutes trying to find my car. If the colour and line number could be clearer it would avoid stress especially for an older person. I am over 80.

Our car had been parked too close to the next car - my husband managed to climb in through the passenger side. I had asked for help and was sent back to reception (it was very cold so not appreciated). Shame really as we use the service regularly and normally don't have concerns - but this experience and the last one (where our car roof was covered in dandelion type seeds / fluff) were unfortunate. Staff are usually helpful, pleasant and it is a good service irrespective of our minor grumbles.

Being undercover and bridge linked to T2 departures, the multistorey carpark is easily accessible without having to use buses, and as it had snowed heavily on my return meant that I didn't have to de-ice my car either. Win - win!

Easy access to parking and a short walk into terminal 2, definitely a bonus being under cover as many of the cars I saw in the outside car parks were covered in frozen snow on our return. Always reliable and an excellent service
For us the car park is easy to find and there's always someone there to help you with the check in process. Even when we arrived late back at Manchester AirPort late on a Saturday evening, only wanting to get home, the pickup bus arrived a few minutes after we walked out of the terminal.

Used the service several times without any problems but this time we had to wait half an hour on our return, in freezing temperatures, for the shuttle bus. Also had told them I was disabled and badge was on dashboard but car had been parked too far away from the building and badge had been put on passenger seat! We will use them once more in the hope this doesn't happen again

Unfortunately our flight was delayed by 24hrs but I had booked the delay insurance so didn't have to pay extra. But when we arrived at the key collection point we were instructed to pay £25, although we couldn't access the system. No one was on the reception and once we saw the phone we rang and told to proceed to 2nd floor. Not very clear at all.

I have used M & G many times, my only concern is when I've collected my car key on our return is finding the. Vehicle location example on our return on the 10th January the ticket said yellow zone it was however in blue zone very frustrating at 6am in the dark weather minus 4 degs. On collection easy to retrieve keys. After a 5 hour flight delay and then a 6 hour flight (not your fault )took a while to locate car found it was not under cover, covered in snow. We were shattered and had to scrape and de ice car for an hour. Good service on the whole.

The service is really simple and well thought out. However, despite the facility having been open for a number of years, there is no signage to direct you out of the terminal back to the car park on your return, either to the shuttle bus, or if you choose to walk. Having used drop and go previously, we knew which way to go, but the first sign I saw appeared at a point when I could already see the car park. The 5 minute pedestrian route to/from the terminals is poorly surfaced, which makes rolling a suitcase more difficult than necessary.

Location to T2 terminal is great. Entry and exit is good but be careful on arrival to enter through the correct multi storey gate otherwise you have to drive out and re-enter then call multi storey control at the gate machine to authorise your exit.
Guys at the gate controls were extremely polite, professional and quickly found my booking and able to correct our error and allow us to exit.

Our holiday flights were with 2 different carriers; departing from T1 but arriving back at T2. Unfortunately, Holiday Extras are unable to offer a service that supports drop off/ pick up at different Terminals, which is disappointing in this day and age. Service otherwise, very good.

Our flight back to Manchester was cancelled due to fog. We were rescheduled to arrive 27 hours after our expected arrival time. I rang drop & go and spoke to Chris on reception to inform him of our delay. He was so helpful and waived any late arrival fees. We have used drop &go several times before and the service has been excellent but this time they went beyond my expectations. Thank you Chris.

Car parking excellent on arrival. Returning written key instructions could have been clearer (key cabinet was full so my key was in the office). It is absolutely NOT OK for car personnel to adjust heat in the car and to turn automatic lights off. There should be no unneceasry tampering with controls inside the car. Suspect steering column nearness was adjusted too. Absolutely not OK.

All good, great service from Drop & Go terminal 3. Anyone booking be sure to carefully check your vehicle on return, we had a brand new car scratched, but didn't notice until the day after when it's too late to claim. Apart from that we've used numerous times with no issues & will continue to use as long as the price remains reasonable.

Easy to find the car which was left in a more accessible parking space so we didn't have to walk too far, as my husband uses a walking stick. My one issue with the Meet and Greet is the price for using the service, as it has got quite a lot more expensive.

We have used this service several times before ,the only issue we had was the evening before the flight, we went to the airport to drop off our bags and had to get a token which TUI said that on the way out we would have to give a password. When we exited , the barrier opened as we approached. This caused an issue when we tried to leave after the holiday. We were faced with a £468 charge, but the assistant said he had cancelled that and the barrier opened for us. I am monitoring my bank account to make sure that we don't get charged.

Jet parks 3 is easy to find with lots of parking. It is easy to locate your car with multiple signs for each parking area. Any space you use is close to a bus stop and buses are regular taking you to the terminal. Brilliant. Thank you.

Positives : The efficient check in, the short walk to the terminal, the very helpful staff when our flight was cancelled & we had to retrieve our car & rebook for 48 hours later.
Slight negative: our keys were not in the automated system, but in the office, and our car was at the very far end of the car park, a long way to drag suitcases - fortunately it wasn't raining! Apparently they were very busy & it seems they couldn't really cope.

After a mix up with the auto number plate recognition we took a taken going in (we mistakenly thought we had to) so on exit it asked for £478 to raise the barrier, the operator very swiftly found our booking and nullified the charge allowing us to leave (great service) also on return to our car, the back window had been left down, someone had placed cling film over the opening which protected from the rain ( we were on floor 8, the roof) not sure who did this but we were very grateful.

Everything is so easy. Park car in line go to key drop off and put details in the machine , attached tag to your keys , keep receipt for collection and off you go. On return you scan receipt and it tells you which little locker your keys are in, retrieve keys and it tells you exactly which zone and bay your car is in and away you go

Quick and easy process from start to finish.
The only issue I have every time I pick up the car is that the driver always drives into the car parking spot. I'm fortunate enough to have a larger car and I always reverse into a space as it's easier and safer. I do understand that it's easier to put your luggage in the boot when the car is parked facing inward but I would prefer to have the choice if possible! Last time the car was parked so close to the other car that I was barely able to get into the car and I'm a slim person!

Meet&greet a T1 is old not very user friendly and the staff in the cabins have no interest in helping customers, after all long trans Atlantic flight the last thing you need is unhelpful staff when your key system doesn't work properly, as you will see from your records I use your company quite regularly, however some of your staff really red some customer service training

It's so easy to book pay and enter and exit the car park park and as a disabled driver I find the spaces so convenient. The only gripe I have is that the larger vehicles tend to use disabled parking with no badge visible. If they are taking the badge abroad with them the a photocopy should be displayed and the car park patrolled and those not displayed need to be issued with a fine for taking up limited parking.

Everything was fine. We got to the car park parked up had a short walk to the bus stop where the bus was waiting for us. Took us to our terminal. Coming back we came out of the terminal short walk again to the bus stop only waited about 2 minutes and the bus arrived took us back to the car park and the driver was very helpful and lifted our suitcases off the bus for us then just a short walk back to our car.

Used D&G several times now and it's always been easy and efficient. First time with a night flight so not sure if that impacts circumstances, but we waited a long long time for a bus from the Manchester arrivals to take us to the D&G car park. Three Jetpark buses came and went before a D&G bus arrived. I phoned D&G but unfortunately they advised they have no control over the buses… shame.
