There was a scratch with two small chips on the rear of our car which we didn't notice until today as the light was poor when we picked the car up. However we felt we couldn't complain when we hadn't noticed it yesterday. Disappointing as it would have been welcomed if the company had pointed it out!.

Overall I'm very happy with service, price and shuttle to airport. One thing didn't work as "promised" - reg plate recognition, but there was a security gentleman who came out to help me and let me in.

The booking was easy and competitive. On arrival they had our booking and were very good with what we had to do and gave us the relevant documentation. When we returned we phoned and followed the instructions. They were great on the phone and told us where to go although we knew where to go. The car was slightly delayed and we waited for 5 mins. They were apologetic but it wasn't an issue for us. The car was all in good order and returned accordingly. Great service and I highly recommend. Holiday autos has not let me down yet, I've been with them a lot over the last year or so.

Entry information of where to park could be better. Was told to see the guys at Bus Stop 2. The guys and buses were 3 or 4 sections after the bus stop. I thought it was just drivers as the hi-viz jackets were not at all obvious. I parked and then had to walk up to the buses!

The airport parking confirmation printout showed my arrival as 12.30 and my collection as 10.00. Note no am or pm. When I dropped off the car the man told me that I had put down 10am not 10pm and although I had paid for 7 days it would cost a further £20 for the additional 12 hours. Pure extortion. I would have to think carefully before using you again. Additionally you should hold trollies at the drop off for your customers to use. The trolley park is a long way away from the drop off

Confortable small shuttle to Airport, driver could help loading baggages in boots tho ( I was with my 82 years old Mum ).

Excellent service on arrival, directed straight to a parking space near the bus stop and the bus duly arrived within 5 minutes. Journey to airport was plain sailing. The only negative was on our return journey at 3am. The car park is pitch black, massive puddles everywhere and you're basically on your own trying to find your way out which isn't the easiest as there's no lighting or signs.

We understand that it was busy holiday time, we were told it would be 20 minutes when we rang, which was understandable, but it actually took nearly 40minutes. It wasn't nice standing around in freezing cold with a strong wind in the car park.

Be careful about driving into drop off area on the way to the parking - not well sign-posted and no sign of Holiday Extras signage. If you do drive into drop off area, you will have to pay £5. Also, there are NO SIGNS at Car Park One until you go into the car park. Nice earner for Luton Airport.

The mobile number to call on return went to voicemail. This resulted in our vehicle not being at the airport on time for us to collect. This appears to be the case for other vehicles also which meant we had to wait around 20 minutes while they arranged for enough drivers to recover a number of vehicles from the parking area they were kept while we were on holiday

Directions to Car Park were good, friendly greeting on arrival, clear instructions were to park and pick up the bus to the Airport. Drop off with Instructions which bay to return to. On return , phoned for bus back, arrived within 10 minutes, taken back to Car Park and dropped near bay were car was park. All good.

Bus service was spot on although a little crowded. Could.not have been easier to collect keys and locate car. If it's raining be prepared to get wet. Would be better if in a group that driver collects car and moves it to either collection or drop off shelter to load. My wife is in a wheelchair so was soaked by the time we got sorted.

This is an absolute wonderful service. It is easy to book online and then on arrival at the site you drop your keys off and if you get a problem there is a wonderful staff on hand to assist. Catch the bus directly into the airport and the same on the way back. Hadn't realised the site was off the airport and it was a bit disconcerting going down scruffy back lanes to it. The parking spaces are really tight. My passenger had to get out first and I then manoeuvred my car to enable me to get out. I couldn't leave space for the adjacent car to get into theirs. Was worried on return flight about getting into my car. Was planning to climb in through the boot. Not possible if you have a saloon. In the event there were no cars to either side when I got back but my driving mirror had been bent forwards, presumably by the poor sod trying to get into their car. Having said that the bus transfers were amongst the most efficient I've experienced.

All good - only slight gripe I have is with Holiday Extras - it was my fault but I mistakenly pressed the booking button twice and therefore paid twice. I couldn't get a refund as it was a special offer (aren't they all?) but could only receive a voucher for the next trip … So beware the small print! All the rest was excellent. I've used these services before, again without issue (nine times this year!)

Just make sure you know where you have parked and remember your ticket from the transfer on your return because I thought there was only one entrance and the carpark was small but I was very wrong. I had an excellent experience with Holiday Extras' self-parking service. Upon arrival, the staff promptly directed me to a designated lane, making the process smooth and hassle-free. The shuttle bus to the airport arrived within minutes, which was very convenient and efficient.

Arrival was great - helpful attendant directed us to our spot and we were lucky to get straight on a bus for the very short journey. On the way back the bus arrived but we couldn't get on so had to wait 10 minutes or so for the next. Generally a good experience and I would definitely book again. Just a shame they don't have a slightly bigger bus.

Easy & quick access from the car park to the terminal. The shuttle is a minibus & it takes you right up to the terminal doors. When you return, ring to let them know you are waiting- I think we waited about 5 mins. Despite receiving explicit instructions, it's easy to miss the turning off Airport Way as it is a track that leads to the car park

Drop off and collection went very well and possibly deserved a higher rating, however, it may be worth highlighting that there are a number of companies operating the meet n greet system, therefore, make sure you are queing at the right company!
In addition, I did not like the fact that my dash cam had been disconnected and made me wonder why? Do they not want you to see how your car is driven or how/where its parked.
It is for this issue that I would not consider using this service again.

I was pleasently surprised how easy and straightforward the process was! I was sceptical at first. The only thing that could have been better is the waiting time for the bus transfer upon return. My understanding is that there is a way to see how many people booked around certain times and noone ends up waiting for another bus because there is too many people waiting to get on.

Car park was well signposted and easy to locate. The booking was nice and smooth as always.
The arrival at the car park was very efficient with us booked in within 30 seconds. We were directed to one of the minibus who was parked near the bay with availability. The car park is all tarmac. There are no blue badge bays but we parked right next to a bus stop so I could drop my wife off then park the car. The arrival and return minibus was in the bay right outside the terminal. Good service from the drivers looking after luggage etc and also on our return stopped at the end of our parking bay.
We will definitely use this service again.

The communication via email was excellent. When the car park had to be changed by yourself you gave us all the details we needed in one email. The staff at the car park were polite and efficient. Bus was ready to take us to the Airport terminal. Clear instructions given for our return with the business card handed to us the all the info we needed. Quick pick up on arrival home. Check in to the car park was an easy process and within 5 minutes we were on a bus and 03.30 am.
Our plane was delayed by 1 hour 30 minutes due to the thick fog at Prague airport was supposed to land at 22.20 ISH but did not get on the bus untill about midnight. We walked out of the terminal and with in 5 minutes again the bus arrived and we were on our way back to the car after a stressful evening.

Prompt shuttle service once car dropped off and also quick pick up on return. Safe place to park although was a bit rough underfoot. Pleasant staff. Only one criticism was one driver who was driving far too fast as we got dropped off and were walking back to our car. He had a yellow hi viz on so I assume he was a worker and should have therefore been more conscious of pedestrians

Luton Premium Self Park was a dream. Parked and within a few minutes the minibus arrived and it was just a short drive to the terminal.
On our return the bus was waiting at bay G and we were back in minutes.

All very well organised after entering we were greeted with a happy Good afternoon Mr ?????
and directed to available parking spaces and where the shuttle would depart, we parked and the shuttle departed within minutes and we reached the terminal in about 5 minutes.
On our return to our allocated departure bay we were greeted by a staff member asked our vehicle Reg and ushered onto the shuttle and taken to within 30 metres of our car.
The whole experience was stress free, organised and professionally carried out, will recommend and use again. Thank you.

The drop off was ok as we found a space quickly. The pick up was disappointing as even though we had called from the baggage area to say we were coming it took 15-20 minutes to wait for our car to be brought to us. It was late and cold and I hoped for it to be there so we could get going sooner. The staff member did offer my friend a chair as he was in crutches with his leg in plaster.

Neat to airport with regular shuttle service. Only thing is parking spaces are tight need more room between car not much room to get in/out of car and difficult to park and get luggage in/out had to come out of space as had to reverse in as not enough room to swing car in forward

You operate like a scam with all kinds of unnecessary charges. I already avoid your site and parallel companies as much as possible, my experience will only convince me to try harder to avoid you in future. The guys in the car park are fine though.

Very smooth experience - got to car park & someone greeted us & gave us a ticket and told us which rows had spaces on. The mini bus came just 5 minutes later & dropped us off directly outside door. The return was just as smooth

We had to wait about 15 minutes for our car to arrive in spite of having given them a call, as instructed, upon collecting our luggage.

Very easy to drop off, very short walk to terminal. Car was waiting for us when we returned, couldn't have gone smoother.
