Smooth processing and transfer to/from T5 works very well. Useful to have a WC but needs better cleaning and upgrading. Better directions to Purple Parking arrival would help the solo driver as easy to miss it but also directions to M4/M25 on departure as no U turns on Bath Road.

It all went well, it always goes well with purple parking! I had to use Bee Parking one cause purple didn't come up as an option, never again! The "car park" looked like a literal war zone, always use purple!!! However sometimes I can't actually book unless I do all the add ons, I do feel the add ons are worth the money as I fly standby a lot but I can never seem to finalise the transaction unless the Add-ons are selected

Greeted on arrival politely and efficiently. So simple - hand over keys, get a docket, forget about it. On arrival back, called as instructed on the leaflet, made my way to the meeting point and 5 mins later driver arrived with my car. He validated parking ticket for exit barriers, signed to say i was happy and away I went. Couldn't fault it. Staff all clearly uniformed and very polite indeed.

Maple is the best off-site Heathrow parking we have used. There is no faffing around having to call them from baggage claim - the buses are just frequent - and the car is always ready for collection. It takes all the stress out of hanging around when all you want to do is get home! Highly recommended, and a great price.

For Heathrow the car park was too far away and actually we could have got a taxi home for a similar price. No one's fault but just seemed a long journey out of the airport. Staff were super friendly and helpful though.

Very happy with the service and timings for dropping off and picking up but after returning and checking the car I am very disappointed that it has been used to shuttle the drivers who have left muddy footprints in the rear and front passages seat of the vehicle , the drivers well had a paper mat but unfortunately no care had been used in the others, I realise this is how the operation works but very disappointing about care and attention and look forward to a reply

They are difficult to find , we were eventually given instructions by a company of a similar name. However once there they were very efficient. It would have been nice if the driver could have given us a bit of help loading / unloading our cases from the mini bus.

This was the first time I have used the Meet and Greet service - I was very impressed. It was quick and efficient. Much better than arriving at an open car park off-site at 5am on a cold January morning and waiting for a shuttle bus. The extra cost was worth the speed and convenience.

Booking was easy. Check in and out was easy. The website could be clearer about transfer times to EACH terminal to help customers plan ahead - the transfer time to terminal 1 is at least 10 minutes less than the time it took to get to terminal 5. I appreciate it says leave plenty of time which we did but it would still be useful for people to know

Post code takes you the wrong way (and into ULEZ) but once I found the place it was very easy and quick and the staff were all very polite and helpful. Waited less than 5 mins for each ride and it was only a 5/10 min journey. Over all, great value for money and I would definitely use the service again.

The experience was relatively good overall and in terms of price however 1. Having to tour around all the terminals for drop off and pick up after waiting 20 minutes for the bus and following an overnight transatlantic flight was a bit frustrating. Also, we had to change our pick up to a day earlier and texted as instructed but did not receive a reply to confirm so had to call which was frustrating to schedule with a 5 hour time difference.

Overall worked well, but not happy with service on return trip. Having called after bags collected, we arrived at Purple desk at 18.20 to be told car (booked for collection at 6pm) had been sent away at 18.00 !!!! - having been at LHR since 16,00. Not impressed, but staff rectified within 20 minutes. Disappointing though!

We live 90mins South of LHR and left from T5. so parking at the NE side of LHR with buses that then drop off at all Terminals (30mins apart?) was a long transfer time before and after flight. That said, car was safe and the key recovery process was very quick, the booking system worked well (I had to change time and car after booking - easy). So was fine except, for us, the location and transfer time / approach. Thanks

I did not know I had to go to level 4 parking at Heathrow terminal 2. I followed the meet and greet signs, which lead me to the Heathow meet and greet service. I then had to leave the parking facility to enter again as level 1 cannot get to level 4. Luckily the lady on the other side of the help button at the boom let me out without paying, otherwise it would have cost me an extra £17. This causes an unnessary delay - luckily I arrived well in advance.

Your Meet and Greet team need to be more helpful and friendly. Not that much wrong with the service but we weren't made to feel great in what, for us, was an unfamiliar experience. Also the car should not have been tampered with by the driver. Ok to adjust the seat position but that should be all. Don't expect you should need to adjust the steering wheel nor the display, both of which were changed. The idea of meet and greet is very good but need to work on the greet part.

We've used purple parking before and holiday extras. Purple parking is run very efficiently, the shuttle bus is excellent and very easy to use for terminal 5 Heathrow. The buses only run every 25 minutes, it's quite a while to wait if you've just missed one. Holiday extras is very easy to use and nice to have all your holiday bookings to hand in one place. Nothing to do with holiday extras but there were no trolleys in any of the trolley bays when we dropped our car off. We liked the idea of dropping the car off and crossing the bridge to get to the airport. The lat bit was very frustrating because we had to go around 3 times and ended up on the 1st floor so had to go out and come back in. Not fun when one is worried about time delays for a flight! I usually book meet & greet but booked this car park purely because it was outside the ULEZ. In all honesty it ran smoother than any meet & greet I've used!!!! We arrived, booked in, the bus was waiting so we hopped on straight away. Got to T5 in a matter of minutes, drop off was quick and easy. On our return we followed the instructions given us on the card, waited no more than 5 mins for the bus and straight to the car park. To a couple of mins to book the car out and we were in our way. This car park is very easy to get to from the M4 which was a bonus for us not having to go to M25. Would I use again, absolutely. Would I recommend, definitely. Best car park experience we've had in a long time.

The only positive is that the parking is very cheap. The wait times for the bus at Heathrow is a nightmare, extremely slow. We had to wait for 25min for the bus to come and pick us up. There were about 25people waiting to board and the bus was already packed out, no space for luggage's. Purple parking need to add on more buses to reduce the number of passengers. Also they stop at every terminal which makes it more inconvenient because people hop on and off so you have to get out of their way to left them off, it also doesn't help that the bus only has one door for both entrance and exit. It was a nightmare for us but the only positive was that it was cheap, probably why it was so busy as everyone chooses to use them because of the price.

Our flight was a few minutes late but we arrived at the bus stop about when we expected to; there very four or five other people also waiting. The bus arrived after approximately 20 mins and it became a free-for-all to get on the bus. My daughter is in a wheelchair so, although we were one of the first in the queue, we were told there was no room on the bus so we waited another 35 mins for another bus. Purple Parking would have known the number of passengers they were due to collect so why wasn't additional transport provided?

They are very professional and the handover both ways are professional, quick and easy. We did have one problem , this time we we arrived in the dark and had a problem finding them , we drove around the area five times before phoning and asking for directions, even then we went round twice more and also playing twice for going through a 'pay to drop off' area.

The only reason I took the late rerun cover was to be able to accommodate in such difficult situation. In addition I can also confirm the return flight was also delayed. If you are going to Terminal 5 the transfer bus goes into T2 and T3 first and picks up more passengers returning which often makes the bus quite full. It therefore takes a long time to get to T5. You need to provide a separate transfer bus for this terminal. I shall be looking for a dedicated T5 car park and transfer next time.

Purple Parking was very good. Efficient and well run. However, No 1 Lounge at Heathrow Airport, Terminal 3 was shocking. It was overcrowded with no where to sit. The food was awful and not sufficiently replenished for the amount of people in the lounge. There wasn't much choice either and really only catered for vegetarians. The music was also too loud. There were too many walk ins, which should have been monitored because people who had pre booked and paid were left without a seat I would not recommend this lounge as I didn't find it a relaxing experience before my flight.

The bus transfer was not the best, the driver on the outward journey nearly had an accident driving too fast, and the Bus Stop for the return is too small when shared with other companies also picking up, so we had to walk along the road and work our way between other buses and the safety barriers to get to the stop, but the parking was cheaper than Purple, hence the score positive.

The car park was very easy to find and the shuttle to the airport was quick. Picked up on return after a short wait for the bus. The problem arose when we arrived back at the car park. It was dark and pouring with rain. The office returned the key and said the car is somewhere in the middle section! They didn't know where, we were expected to walk around the car park in the rain dragging suitcases looking for the car. Totally unacceptable. Finally found the car, not in the area we had been told it was, and it was boxed in. Then had to return to the office and find someone to go and get the key to move the car that was blocking us in. Shame really because we would've used this car park again but this is not what you want to deal with after a long flight.

I unfortunately went to the wrong floor on arrival. Official Heathrow Parking I'd also advised and directed in purple. I was charged £17 for the mistake. After a prolonged talk through the ticket machine it was reduced to £7. Not impressed as I only drove through level 2 and didn't park at all.

What's gone wrong here? We always used PP on the basis that two bus's ran - one to T5 and the other to T2 & T3. Now it seems to be one bus to all three terminals meaning on the return to T2 we then had to travel to T3 and T5 to drop off and pick up! Including bus wait time we were an hour getting from T2 back to car park in an overcrowded bus which was mightily uncomfortable. Really disappointed if this is now the norm.

Easy to find and use. Nice and close to the airport as well. Customer loos which are a life saver after a long journey down. Did wait quite a while for a shuttle back after our trip, it was quite busy at that time, but, after an overnight flight you don't really want to be waiting too long out in the cold. Otherwise good.

Drop off excellent and bus waiting took 15 minutes to get to terminal3. Had 20 minute freezing wait on return at terminal for bus then had to go to terminal 5 before getting back to parking at a time of day when traffic not bad would be worse at rush hour. Once at purple parking collection of car was super quick and was in my car and on my way.

It's best to save the confirmation documents on your phone..You need your hands for your baggage. We dropped the printed documents when boarding the bus and had to go back to retrieve them. We caught the next shuttle.

Quick and easy to book and staff are efficient. Downside is there an be a bit of a wait up to 30 minutes between buses and also if arriving at T2 or T3 have to go to T5 before returning to the parking garage which after an overnight flight is a bit of a pain.

Drop off at the service was simple and easy. The staff were helpful and it was no issue at all. However on arrival back at Heathrow, it took over an hour for my car (and many others) to be returned to me, with no explanation as to what was taking so long - even with a phone call and with speaking to a representative in person. There was no management of expectations at all just "your car will be here soon" and I found this extremely disappointing.

Park the car no problem. Arrive at terminal five no problem but on the way home we was put on a partner airline Qatar air which took us into terminal 4 we was surprised to find that the shuttle bus to the car park did not pick up at terminal 4 so we had to travel on the Piccadilly line to terminals 2 and 3 which was a bit of a pain pick the bus up at terminal three all went well after that

The final result was better than expected. My original instructions were to arrive in the car park behind the Sofitel Hotel as I had done on previous occasions. However, when I rang in to confirm my imminent arrival I was amazed to be told that I should in fact be heading for the short stay car park on level 4 at terminal 5 which turned out to be much better than the original plan. It's just lucky that I rang in because otherwise I would have turned up at the wrong venue - pity no one thought to tell me in advance to save my possible embarrassment. I will still continue to use this normally excellent service when needed

Used this service at other UK airports and very happy with how everything went. My only bug bear was on arriving at Heathrow because we were a little early they charged us £7-50 ...(my time stated for booking was always going to be traffic dependant especially coming from Sheffield) there was lots of space so l'm not sure why l needed to be charged extra?.....saying that all was well on my return and all went to plan.
