I was surprised it went so smoothly. Last time I left a car at the airport it was Meet & Greet. They must have driven around in it a while because everything was altered, including the radio and sat nav, so I was very reluctant but pleasantly surprised this time

Everything was fine on check in but a different story on returning. On arriving at T2, we were directed to the Drop & Go Bus Stop C as sign posted. I was at the front of the Q and several buses came and passed us by. After 40 minutes of waiting I rang the telephone number supplied and the guy on the phone said I was at the wrong Stop and I should be at A. I advised of the signs and that Stop A was for staff only (if i recollect correctly). He then advised that there were no collections from T2 of which I then replies there are c50 people in the Q so its not just me. He said he wasn't sure and to ring him back in ten minutes. When the next bus came along, that said 'not in service', I asked the driver and he obviously had a call as he said to get on. If I hadn't rang, we'd probably still be stood there!

This service was absolutely brilliant- from booking to homeward bound it was flawless. Great communication using the app, great value for money, excellent location and swift parking and go service - it does what it says on the tin “Drop and Go”! The gentleman at check in was very helpful and on return it was easy to retrieve the keys and find the car. Very secure and easy to use. Can not recommend enough!! Will always use from now on thank you!!

There was a long walk in a dark carpark to find the car. The scanner to several attempts before it found our booking and key retrieval and no one around to help. Not as good as Meet & Greet used to be, hopefully M&G will restart.

Better sign posting to get you directly to the place you need to be the postcode that you give sends you on a wild goose chase took an hour to find it once we got to the airport. On returning once we got the keys there was no information on the keys to find out car it was 2am in the morning and we were stick in a dark cold multistorey carpark looking at lots of cars wondering what and how we were going to find our car last thing two ladies on their own needs it was really scary and a poor ending to our holiday I wouldn't recommend drop and go to anyone it was too stress full from start to finish. I mentioned to the staff member our trouble finding the parking and he agreed the sign posting needed looked at others were struggling to find it as well. I'm also pleased a member of staff came to our rescue on return but if people had been doing their jobs right we could of easily got the car ourselves and saved my mam getting upset

No staff around. Parking was easy however driving to terminal 2 west car park was not easy. Routes all seem to be for when you approach from motorway whilst I was coming from the opposite side. Would suggest a little map on your site to help us. Thank you

Booked Drop and Go car parking at Manchester airport Terminal 3. Well signed at airport to the parking. Enter the parking tells you which lane to park in. Go to office and scan bar code then it gives you a ticket that you put through your key. Keep your receipt it gives you and scan on return box lights up and obtain your keys. No issues would use again.
