Hotel was basic but fair value for the money. Hotel taxi driver was great but other hotel stafff rather placid and had to be pressed for basic information about where to park/find car etc. One member of staff difficult to understand.

The whole experiance was good and the hotel and shuttle service was as discribed. The only complaint is that the bath hot water at days hotel did not work and with a small child was difficult. i will be booking a holiday again in the future.

Excellent service, pubs/restaurants all close by for an evening meal as only indian food served at hotel. Staff very helpful and on time for transfers, will def use again

I booked hotel and parking, and when I Recieved confirmation it was wrong I called on 3 occasions to change the confirmation and only on the 3rd time were my details entered correctly!

Staff were excellent, car looked after, room basic, as described, very clean, comfortable, tea & coffee available and breakfast tasty. Just one gripe if any was that transport minibus from hotel to airport was a charge, which we assumed would be included in cost.

The transfers from/to the hotel were excellent. We arrived back to the hotel to find the bar closing which was disappointing after a 6 hour flight. However, rest of the hotel stay was great, including the breakfast.

The Days Hotel was comfortable and clean, food not fantastic but OK. My car was kept safe and was there for me on my return. Hotel manager was dour and unfriendly but the rest of the staff were excellent.

I have put in a complaint direct to hotel as there was a MAJOR disruption to my stay with the police being called. This is no fault of Holiday Extras and you are looking into me receiving a full refund.

The hotel was fine, bed a little uncomfortable and shower did not work properly. Food in restaurant however was excellent. My main concern was the taxi driver booked to collect us from the airport. He did not even get out of the car to assist with loading our luggage into the boot and drove like a maniac back to the hotel. Excessive speeding and cutting in front of oncoming traffic to pull into hotel, resulting in other cars having to break hard and use horn! Lunatic!

Facilities as described, staff helpful and everything went smoothly (luckily). Need a shuttle to airport, told that 8:00 one was full, 9:00 shuttle ok. But it may not have been. When booking it would be an idea to book the shuttle at the same time.
