booked undercover hotel, left car there with no problems, staff ordered a taxi for us, arrived back in uk at 12.00 pm got back to hotel all book in with no problems, room all made up, lovely breakfast, all in all a good experiance, would defo use again

The hotel facilities were fine but we arrived very late after delayed flight (3am) and there was a mix up with our booking. Minor inconvenience and quickly resolved. However transfers to airport were only available at certain times and so it cost a total of £17 in taxi fares back and fore the airport.

There was a lot of building work going on and although we booked car parking at the Hotel there was no carpark because of the building

When we arrived at the Holiday Inn we were told that they had no rooms for us! They put us in a taxi which then took us to a wrong hotel in Birmingham Centre and we had to pay for another taxi to take us to the correct one.

No Problems, but I had a little trouble figuring out what the charge on the credit card bill for "Holiday Extras" was. The charge should be annotated to the hotel I stayed in.

Everything was great from the ease of booking , directions to the Hotel, the Hotel and Staff to the return pickup on return from our holidays. Great value for money, would definately recommend.

parking fine but the bed in the hotel was very short, room very small and airport shuttle does not run between 10am and 4pm so we had to pay £10 for a five minute taxi ride at 11 am on a Sunday morning shuttle hours should be extended to most of day in my opinion

We returned home at 1.00 in the morning and there was no shuttle to the hotel. We had to use a taxi, cost £10.00, there needs to be a facility to cover people who return before 5.00 in the morning

Our flight landed at 1.00 in morning we could not get transport to hotel to collect our car. Not provided until 5.00. Finally took taxi cost £10.00 to pick up our car Could have done without this extra cost

Hotel undergoing renovation, but exceptionally clean with friendly staff. One night plus nine days parking an absolute bargain. Definitely book again as I fly frequently to visit my wife in Slovakia.

Everything went very smoothly, so easy,staff were more than helpful and all did their utmost to help, but the thing that really was so remarkable was that our flight was delayed by 26 hours and they took it all in their stride and never charged us for the extra night they had to look after our car. There is absolutely no dout that I will use you again.

Very, very helpful and pleasant staff throughout the hotel, despite the alterations that were going on!! We had understood that the breakast was included, but it wasn't...however the person on duty gave us a wee discount, which was appreciated....for the gesture alone! The food which we had in the bar on our arrival was fresh, delicious and served by a very pleasant barperson! All in all, an excellent choice!

Hotel great apart from the building work which left a film of dust about an inch thick on the car on return. Other than that the accommodation and the meal was first class. No problem with transfers to and from Birmigham airport.

We didn't realise that the hotel was in the process of being modernised as we were only staying one night it wasn't a problem but it was a shock to see the frontage scaffolded and would have liked to have known.

we were under the impression the car park was nearer airport.we had to travel in opposit direction to park then pass hotel on shuttle which yes was only few mins away.hotel room ok but on lower ground .sruggled to park overnight very limited room lucky someone was leaving after waiting for a space!

On the night we stayed the air con was not working, there was no hot water and an extensive refurb was being carried out. Additionally the shuttle bus driver did not turn up and we had to wait for a further 20 mins while a taxi was ordered. Not a great st

Minibus from hotel to airport only ran from 5-10 am and 1600-2200 not very convenient when ur flight isn't between those times and uve got 4 suitcases, buggy, car seat and 6 month old baby!
