Only one vehicle turned up at the hotel for our trip to the airport in Prague, this was obviously not enough for 9 adults.
After phone calls and some panic another taxi turned up, but we were now in rush hour. We made it but straight through with no time for any of us to browse duty free and spend the local currency we had saved for that.
The fault was not with the drivers, they remained polite and apologetic.

Confirmation of booking with very detailed instructions for both outward and return journeys greatly appreciated. Regular "reminders" also helpful for people who book trips far in advance. Prepaying in UK avoids having any surprises with the fares. Drivers great (outward journey driver was local and pointed out sites/places of interest on the journey.)

Pick up at the airport worked well.
The return transfer from hotel to airport was much earlier than necessary and we were left to find our own way from the parking area to the terminal (I think because the driver was given a pick up from the airport which clashed with our departure).

He was polite and welcoming and throughout the journey to the hotel he shared so much local knowledge of food, drink and tourist places to visit which was really helpful. Excellent service. The driver was waiting at the airport for us holding a plaque with our name on. We were picked up after our break promptly at our hotel.
The only gripe would have been nice to share a taxi with our daughter and partner but because we booked separately we weren't able to.

Our pick up from Prague Airport by Serz was outstanding .. Messages received from him as soon as landed .. and communication throughout .. great job .. however, I couldn't really say the same about the return .. we had gone into Prague for a final time as our pick up wasn't until 16.20 .. we got back to the hotel around 15.00 for a chill out before our journey back to the airport .. the driver turned up at just gone 3 .. We felt rushed to finish our drinks and off we went to the airport .. I have given a mark of 10 for the journey to the the hotel but would only give a 4 for the journey back to airport

The transfer on arrival, from the airport to the hotel, was a bit like a scary fairground ride, "white knuckle" stuff.
The return journey to the airport at the end of our holiday, was more subtle, relaxing, with a driver that was experienced in customer satisfaction, and interesting to talk to (a Ukrainian chap).

Our airport transfers could not have been better. Our driver was there to meet us and was parked close by to take us to our hotel. He was polite and helpful and the car was very comfortable. Similarly, on the return transfer our driver was punctual, polite and helpful and dropped us off right at the terminal. We could not have asked for more.

Taxi was there to meet us at Prague airport . However as it took an hour for us to go through customs. I think holiday extras should make sure the taxi company allow for this . We were told we only got the taxi by the skin of our teeth , a minute longer in meeting the driver and he would have gone ( he told us he is allocated 1 hr wait from landing of plane) . You need to allow 1.5 hours on landing in Prague for taxis to wait or ask them to arrive 30 mins after landing and wait an hour ! My observation . It was very stressful for us not knowing if our taxi would be there after such a long Que through customs !

Driver was good and spoke good English. Arrivals hall was very full of people holding up name cards so it was not easy to spot driver (Not his fault). However he texted us and sent a picture so we could find him so was very pleased with how he dealt with the problem.

I booked executive transfers but we got got an old clapped out looking Skoda!? I've booked this service before though and had a lovely Mercedes provided..which I thought we were walking towards in the car park, only to get the old Skoda beside it!
Our return was the same standard and further let down by the driver who asked to collect us early…but turned up even later than the original pick up time, wasting some of our last day.
I'll put this down to a one off though and will still use the site in future.

The driver turned up on time on at the airport and the return journey from the hotel, which was the only positive, we booked an executive transfer so expected a smartly dressed driver and a decent relatively new car, the driver was dressed in casual clothes and the BMW X5 was about 15 years old. Would definitely not book the executive transfer again.

Transfer was excellent with good driver and car. Arrived exactly at the time specified and dropped off at the Airport Terminal. The only issue was the Holiday Extras reminder email which did not reconfirm the actual pick up time but showed the flight arrival time at the UK airport. This could cause confusion.
