Great that someone was at the airport to greet us. Only downside was couldn't get the hotel we stayed at as a destination. We stopped at Disney's Newport Bay near Paris. The drop off point was at the Disney parks/train station which is another bus ride away. Luckily the driver said it was easier for him to drop us at the hotel. We were so relieved as I was on crutches and we also had two young children in our party.

On arrival at the airport they were on time and Waiting for us. They were half a hour late picking us up but I was able to contact the office for an update. It was due to traffic. I had requested an 8 seater minibus but on our return journey a 7 seater was sent.

Although maybe (not totally sure) a little more pricey than ordering an Uber/taxi at the airport, it was reassuring to know that the transfer was arranged so felt relaxed on arrival. After a long delay at the airport, the transfer driver waited a long time for us and yet was still cheerful and polite. The return pick up time appeared a bit early but actually worked out fine. The same transfer driver arrived at the hotel early but was happy to wait until the arranged time. Highly recommend.

Transfer booked was from CDG airport to a Disney Hotel. At the airport our driver contacted me via Whats App but unfortunately I had not taken my phone off airplane mode so did not see this message. However, another driver working for the same company was very helpful, contacted their office, who notified our driver and we were soon on our way.
On our return journey I felt we were picked up far too early from our hotel. Our flight was 10.10 am but we were picked up at 5.40 am so had hours sitting around the airport. Perhaps I should have rung them to change the time but they may have had other commitments. This was the only downside.
Nevertheless for both journeys the drivers were very smart and polite and their vehicles were immaculate. I would highly recommend the transfer company Samway Travel and I have booked further services from Holiday Extras.

Perfect transfer service. We were met at arrivals by the driver with our name clearly displayed. A lovely clean private car and a very friendly helpful driver who looked after our bags. On return it was the same, we were picked up at our hotel on time and it was another lovely car and great driver. Very happy and will use again.

Out bound we started to wonder about the transfer but it did arrive within time and was friendly and gave door to door service. The return was a little early but understandably with Paris traffic on a Friday afternoon. All in was given a good service and would use again without hesitation.

Had to wait 90 mins in arrivals. We only had hand luggage. The minivan was too high to get through the barriers at arrivals, so we had to meet them at departures. I expected to sign someone holding a sign up, with my name on at arrivals. The vehicle itself was great, just a shame about the wait

Booked an airport transfer from CDG Airport to a DIsneyland Paris hotel. Excellent customer services from Holiday Extras rearranging things due to several flight cancellations, without any fuss. Car company linked to Holiday Extras was excellent. Text messages to me confirming pickup, photo of driver and vehicle including registration numbers provided reassurance, on the outward and return pickup. Very reasonably priced. I ALWAYS use Holiday Extras they never let me down.

The transport vehicle was perfect for our party of 6 adults, 2 children and all their luggage. The driver was at the arrivals gate before us and took us too our destination safely and in comfort. The return journey was just as enjoyable despite the fact that we were sorry to be leaving. Both drivers were very polite and chatted throughout the drive.

We had an arrival and return car booking from and to the airport and the hotel. Both times we had to phone about a delay of flight and the service on the phone was helpful. When we arrived however, the driver was not at the designated area and had messaged for us to meet him at a different place. Due to us being tourists, we had no idea where we were going and ended up walking a while in the opposite direction before phoning the driver back again. He finally decided to come and find us at the original designated taxi pick up spot however this added additional time to our travel. On the return journey, there was major miscommunication from the driver as he text to ask to come and pick up early, however due to the phone companies, we were unable to message back so multiple times I had to talk to the concierge to try to phone the driver to clarify when we were getting picked up. This caused anxiousness about when to be ready for the driver and if we would get to the airport on time. During the return drive. The driver was constantly on his phone texting and snapchatting which from research is not allowed within France. We arrived to the places we needed to however the miscommunication did cause us to not enjoy our travel as much as we would have liked to.

Very smooth and straight forward. No hassle at all. Ill always use HOLIDAY EXTRAS for every trip abroad as it seems to always be the cheapest on airport hotels and travel transfers. I will say that the holiday transfers abroad we book through here seem to be very professional, suited drivers with nice cars...arrive In style!!

Transfer from Charles de Gaulle to the hotel was absolutly fine however, when we got the return taxi back to the airport they only sent a 7 seater for 8 of us 2 of these being small children so was not safe at all as one had to sit on the knee of another. Also we had to have 2 large suitcases on the floor in the back as the driver already had stuff in the boot and told us we had too many bags even though it was booked for 8 people with 8 bags, this made the ride extremely uncomfortable and people had to have there legs up the whole journey.

Booked transfers ,holiday insurance ,and airport lounge all were perfect .both drivers were on time and polite . Lounge was a great start to the holiday . Drinks and food all free. Apart from champagne which is understandable. Food was ok , nothing ground breaking but acceptable.

Booked a return transfer from PDG to Disneyland Paris. CSPSPQ.
Both cars where on time, but failed to find us.
Airport pick up went to hailing taxi pick up instead of pre booked waiting area, resulting in many frantic phone calls so could get within 10min free pick up time.
Disneyland pick up, did not know our hotel, as no option to choose this while booking on your website.

Everything went smoothly and having a private transfer worked out better than a shared one, mostly due to saved time and also convenience. The one minor niggle is that our driver wasn't there when we arrived at the airport (other drivers were) and we had to walk out to meet him, rather than be met which would have been nicer. But otherwise everything went very well.

Was great, but on way back to airport, driver had a trainee in the Passenger side, £100! and we didn't have a sit each, driver said he wasn't told he was picking up a family, from a family hotel.

The hotel was great as was the taxi to Birmingham Airport, however, on the return journey from the airport to the hotel was not a very good experience. When we phoned the taxi with the reference number given they had no details of our proposed return taxi. They did send a taxi eventually which went to the incorrect car park to collect us which was not very good as the weather was cold
