Transport from the airport to the hotel was wonderful. Driver was friendly and efficient.. collection for our return journey was early and the driver was polite, informing us that there was another collection from a different hotel. However the family did not turn up to collected from that hotel so we were made to wait a further 15 minutes after their collection time. This made us late for the three hours were supposed to arrive at the airport, which made me really anxious. The time we had to wait for them then. Changed to having to wait from 10 minutes to 15 minutes, heightening my anxiety. I was unable to contact the office to arrange an earlier pick up as it was the weekend and out of office hours. I was frustrated that time oh s family caused this and did not even turn up. I have learnt that in future it will be easier to request an Uber.

The description of pick up at airport had me concerned. Being notified they would wait for a total of an hour after landing as we've often taken a lot longer to get through customs wasn't good.. The reality is they ask you to let them know when you are ready for pick up and they come and collect you then so no need for concern at all. Only downside was we had to wait 30 minutes in the heat for collection after being told by the driver they were 8 minutes away. Pick up at hotel for return journey was excellent.

I was concerned that the transfer would not be there due to the emails sent advising us what to do if they weren't there. I need not hve worried as it worked perfectly with good communication. My biggest concern is that I booked a 14 seat vehicle with plenty of room for luggage. We had two vehicles turn up for the 6 of us causing us extra cost of tips for two drivers adding cost both ways.

Details sent us did not include contact number/company name until 24 hours before departure. All details were sent on WhatsApp/text message. Fortunately I was able to connect to my accounts in the USA. Again, details sent us by the driver were not received until within 24 hours of arriving at Orlando. It would have helped if the car colour was provided & a warning that the license plate is only visible on the rear of the car - so struggled to identify car until it had passed us!! In all we had 4 different contact names, LF Solutions, Orlando Relax, Transferz & the driver. Also Orlando airport was quite confusing when we arrived as not sure which terminal/ door to exit to meet car.

We landed early, once through customs other staff from transport company confirmed our driver was on his way.
Picked up before agreed time by friendly helpful driver.

Not sure why but we were booked in for an assisted vehicle and so not enough seats for us on pick up. They did check for return what vehicle we needed. Both drivers were so nice and friendly. Just disappointed that supplier was changed a couple of times before departure.

The instructions for meeting us at Orlando airport were very clear. The people who met us were friendly and helpful and the transport on both journeys was very comfortable. We had a slight problem using the website to confirm our return journey but had been given a WhatsApp number which did the trick.

Original company used when we arrived were great - plenty of text communication to confirm where pickup was and what car.
Return trip was a different company you used on our behalf. Car and driver were great; could have done with some text communication to say he had arrived, as we were sat outside waiting for him to turn up, when he was actually already at the hotel .. it was only when he came across to us that we knew he was out lift; fortunately it was all in good time.

Sergio was a courteous and helpful driver. We received a WhatsApp on time to let us know the driver was waiting and he was right at arrivals point with a board with our name. Very punctual on the way home too with WhatsApp Day before confirming details. Van was spacious and comfortable and overall took stress out of 1.5 hour drive after long haul flight.

On arrival at my destination I switched my phone on and recieved messages from the driver telling me where they were and the pick up.
On my return trip I recieved messages about pick up time and the driver kept me informed about any delays due to traffic.
The trips were easy to book and did not have the hassle of trying to get taxis on the day.

I ended up paying for an Uber for the arrival transfer. The emergency number could not be dialled from the US. We tried on two phones. The driver left after delays in baggage collection due to lightning storms. He would not wait and the situatwss beyond our control. I have heard nothing from you in 2 weeks after raising it with you. I would not book a transfer again with Holidayextras based on this experience. There is no advantage over Uber and it is prepaid, with poor support in the event of delays

The outward journey was not pleasant. On August 17th realising our flight was delayed we contacted your company to let them know. On arrival MCO airport the driver rang us and said he wanted more money as he'd been waiting. My husband contacted the emergency number and quite frankly nothing was resolved. He was told someone would ring him back in the next 10 minutes and no one actually did. In the end we got a taxi from the airport and went on our way to the hotel. Gateway however, did refund us the money within a few days. It wasn't a pleasant way to start our holiday and it just made us hve to cancel plans we had made for the evening.
Despite this the driver who picked us up on our return journey was great, punctual and friendly.

We had a problem when we arrived. When we got there we were asked to ring then.we were told they turn up at 10am. Which was the time the flight left London. As it was on our email. I know I should of checked it but thought you would of put the right time. So ended up having to pay another $60. The return pickup was fine and on time.

The only problem was on the way to the airport. We followed your directions 'at the first roundabout take the third exit signposted terminal 2. At the next roundabout take the second exit.' The second exit signposted T2 was the drop off but we didn't realise this until we had taken it and there is no way to get out without having to pay at the barrier, which cost us £5. The directions should have said 3rd exit or should have warned about going into the drop off lane which actually was the 2nd exit as instructed.

We booked a Airport transfer with you between Orlando Airport and Universal Endless Summer, Dockside Inn and Suites. Firstly, on arrival at the Airport we could not find our driver. After some time walking back and forth we asked a airport staff member they directed us in the right direction and we found him. However, he was not very happy that we were a bit late but when we tried to explain he was very abrupt with us and didn't speak to us during the journey and after I gave him a tip he just walked off. We tried to ask about our return journey but he just ignored us and drove off. So a few days before we were due to fly home we hadn't heard anything from the company so I rang the emergency number to find out what was happening. The guy I spoke to was very nice and our lift arrived on time and all was fine
