Visitors to San Francisco in January will be able to take part in the twice-yearly 'dine about town' programme.
Visitors to San Francisco in the new year will be able to enjoy one of the city's twice-yearly restaurant tour programmes.
Between January 15th and 31st the 'dine about town' programme will take visitors around some of the finest restaurants in San Francisco as well as some eateries outside the Bay area.
Establishments will offer three-course prix-fixe lunch menus for $21.95 (£10.60) and dinner selections for $31.95 (£15.40).
With some 5,000 different restaurants expected to participate in the scheme, all visitors can be confident of finding something to suit their tastes.
Reservations will be taken on the Only in San Francisco website, which also indexes all of the participating eateries by cuisine and location, from December 14th.
San Francisco resides in the state of California on the Pacific coast of North America.
It is famous for distinctive landmarks including the Golden Gate bridge and Alcatraz Island and its diverse range of neighbourhoods and districts, including Chinatown and the Mission District.
