Unfortunately I was refused entry into Aspire Plus lounge as I had my 14 yesa daughter with my family holiday package, I had already enquired about this beforehand and your company representative told me I would be ok so as long as I ordered 3 x adult tickets. I had to pay additional £117 to enter the Aspire lounge (bar man service) so I would like a refund for this please, already raised a complaint and awaiting reply

I have an open complaint (Ref DJPHKW) as the lounge I booked we were denied entry as my soon are under 18yrs age - even though I triple checked this with your advisor who confirmed it would be fine. I then had to purchase entry to the other lounge which means I am out of pocket and also both my sons felt like they were responsible for us not getting in (which wasn’t a great start to our holiday)
