As well as the Long Stay and Short Stay car parks, we also sell Offical Meet & Greet at Southampton Airport. Located only 3 minutes walk from the terminal, it's the closest Southampton airport parking to check-in. The procedures couldn't be more simple: when you arrive at the car park your car registration will be read and recognised. The barrier will lift and you'll be given a ticket (keep it safe). You will be met by one of the professional Meet and Greet drivers, who will check over your car and then park it for you. Your car will be ready and waiting for you in the same place when you return.
Drop off in the Short Stay and walk to the terminal in 1 minute. Leave your keys as your car is parked for you by fully insured drivers in a secured car park.
Need to know
The car park is on the airport grounds, a 1-minute walk to the terminal.
When you're about 10 minutes from the car park, give the team a call to let them know. When you arrive at the Short Stay car park your registration will be read and recognised and the barrier will lift. Follow signs to Priority Parking and a member of the team will meet you, collect your keys and check over your car. They'll move your car for you while you walk to the terminal.
On return your car will be brought back to the same place.
Electric vehicle charging
If you have an electric vehicle the car park will make sure it's fully charged ready for your return, please ask on arrival. You will also need to leave your charging lead.
Accessibility
The pick-up and drop-off bays are closest to the terminal, so this option is ideal for travellers with reduced mobility.
There are also Special Assistance Call Points linked to the terminal's service desk if you need to request help when you're at the car park.
Security
The car park is secured by:
- Entry and exit barriers
- CCTV
- Regular staff patrols
All drivers are fully insured and your car will never leave the airport grounds. The car park also has the Park Mark award for security.
The small print
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 2 hours, at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 per day. Please note this is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.2m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Follow signs when you leave the terminal for the Short Stay car park and Meet & Greet area.
Meet the airport team in the same place as you dropped off your car. They'll give you your keys and you can exit the car park.
