I travelled on the day of the power outage and the journey was awful. We were delayed at the airport in the UK and then again at Marrakech Airport due to a security incident on board the aircraft. Hamid, the driver, waited well beyond the length of time he should have. I was extremely grateful for his help in getting us to our hotel without further delay in the middle of the night/ very early hours of the morning. I have used Holiday Extras many times and will continue to do so. I always receive good service and value for money.

My name on a holiday extras board on arrival at airport would have made it easier to find the taxi service. I had to seek out a man at the back of the Holiday Extras to find a driver.

The main problem with Holiday Extras is that the flight arrival time is communicated to the transport company, but the latter take that time as the pick-up time. The driver will arrive at the airport at that time with no consideration for time to get through passport control or to collect luggage.
So if the above takes over an hour, you are deemed as late and the driver will leave the airport.
This has happened twice to me this year, once when my flight was delayed and another when I landed into a ridiculously busy Marrakech airport.
There should be 2 time on the form, flight arrival time time and transfer pick-up time.

Transfer driver on arrival was amazing as he waited 3 hours due to extreme delays at Marrakesh airport ( end of holidays and Eid) and did not give up on me. He even took another couple whose driver had to give up the wait after a couple of hours. Very impressed with service and commitment. Return transfer worked well but no airport or other issues to contend with. Not a 10 score because it would have been much cheaper to get a taxi on the day or indeed bus back,

Booked and Paid for a Executive Car but the car that came at the airport was not up to Standard, Seat Belts not working, that dashboard was held on by Tape, did not look a safe car. We had a delay and the vehicle that we went in was a normal local Taxi. Yet the the car that picked us up at Hotel was much better and the driver was very good. This was more like what we expected. but the booking process etc was great.

Driver was there waiting at airport to collect us, helped us take our luggage to the mini bus, on our return he made sure he was outside our villa waiting 15mins prior to our leaving time.
