Our flight was 4.5 hours late and when we phoned your staff to update them on this, they confirmed our transfer would still be ok provided there was a taxi available at the time. When we arrived at the taxi desk, a driver was made available within a few minutes and we were taken to our destination without futrther delay. Perfect job Holiday Extras. Thanks.

The transfer system was easy to understand and find the agents at the airport. The return was slightly more worrying as you have to confirm directly with carrier (difficult in a foreign language!) Luckily as long as you have confirmed by 24hrs prior it is allocated and you just have to be there waiting!! I think i used the chatbot, and saved the link so i could find it again!!

We were over an hour late arriving,due to flight being delayed,it was near 11pm,when we got to the desk of Holiday Extras
Nothing was too much trouble,the receptionist was helpful,the driver was prompt and extremely polite and cheerful
He played English music throughout our transfer,and chatted away in really good English
We struggled to find the Villa as it was dark,not brilliant directions or Address
The driver persevered and found it,and made sure we were able to get into the Villa and carried all our cases for us
The return journey,the lady arrived on time,and found the Villa,She was lovely,and chatted away

Generally went well. Had to go to a desk and wait for a driver as opposed to someone waiting for you. On return the car we booked, a larger car, didn't arrive and just standard car. This was ok but want what we paid for as such.

Everything went well - we were delayed on way there and when we arrived at the desk only waited a couple of minutes for a driver. On return the driver was 5 minutes early which is always a good thing as previously we have been waiting way over our allocated time. Both girls were really pleasant and the car was very clean and cool. Just about to book again.

Convenient, it took us right to the door of our hotel. It was on time when picking us up for the return journey from the hotel to the airport. Although there was a hold up on the roads we got to the airport in plenty of time. We did have to wait quite a while at the airport for our transfer to our resort on, arriving at Palma,as they were waiting for passengers from other flights. However we were happy to sit in the sunshine to wait. Excellent value for money with friendly, efficient drivers.

A fantastic experience . Used the taxi service for to and from airport to resort. Both drivers were fantastic. Outbound driver was really friendly we had great conversations. The inbound driver was very quiet, but drove smoothly and was bang on time for pickup. Honestly, I couldnt fault the service. My only niggle was the price as it is expensive but you get what you pay for. And it's still cheaper than alternative taxi services, so all in all 10/10 well deserved.

FOLLOWED ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS ON E MAIL WHEN BOOKING TRANSFER AND EVERYTHING WENT WELL. BUS WAS WAITING WHEN WE GOT OFF FLIGHT AND HAD A GOOD JOURNEY TO HOTEL. Prompt efficient service in spacious car. Only complaint would be that the return driver had great difficulty driving against the sun because the inside of the windscreen was VERY dirty. Personally (and I do a great deal of driving) I could not have driven this car without cleaning the windscreen, the situation was verging on dangerous.

We have had coach transfer before that took us miles out of our way. This transfer was a very good route with a reasonable amount of drop offs. Price very reasonable . There is a wait for the coach to fill up and we were first on however the paperwork said you will not have to wait more than 60 mins and that was adhered to

On Arrival: You could make it more clear at the airport reception exactly where to find minibus - it took me at least 20minutes to locate. Minibus was very hot and cramped. On Departure: a coach this time. Came 5 minutes early (I was first pick up) comfortable coach seat, but very slow journey, collecting from many other locations for first 50 minutes before proceeding to airport.

This was the first time I had used this service but everything was fine. We received a text to say car would be there waiting for us at specified time but Mallorca airport is massive and lots of people around we were late we had to go to the desk

We waited an hour and a quarter in the minibus at the airport before setting off for the hotel. The driver stalled the minibus three or four times and got lost twice!

When I arrived in Palma airport I found the desk and checked in. I was then taken to the bus where we sat for over an hour and 20 minutes waiting on 6 passenger's,who never turned up! Perhaps a waiting time for passengers could be implemented? I felt very sorry for the passengers travelling with young children. It was a bad start to my short break.

Well organised service. The only problem we had coming home we had to share a car with another 2 strangers ,meaning your company got a double fare for one trip. Not only that it was a bit squashed in the back ,I booked the private transfer as I have a very painful back so we would have plenty of room, not happy about that .

Taxi available on arrival at destination airport, however I expected someone to be waiting with a sign showing our name. We had to ask at an enquiry desk but a driver was found for us quickly. Was quite a long walk to the taxi on arrival at the airport. Our return journey experience to the airport was faultless. Clear instructions left at our hotel the day before and the taxi arrived 10 mins early. Took us directly to the correct departure terminal.

I had to chase the company up by phone for the pick up time on the return journey as they hadn't informed me by the evening before the early morning pick up.
No problem with with journey undertaken - good and with helpful drivers who sorted the luggage onto the coach. Waiting time to leave bc airport only approx 20 minutes.

Pick up on the outward journey was not good. ROIG gave the business to a local taxi. It took me half an hour and two phone calls to locate him. He was chatting to friends and not displaying the sign. Coming back was a ROIG vehicle and driver and it worked perfectly.

Very good service. Only thing that might make travelers uncomfortable, is the length of time waiting on the bus for other travelers. We were First on the bus so unfortunately had to wait over a hour before leaving airport. This may stress people. But the bus was comfortable and well air-conditioned. We are in our +50's so it was not a big deal, but it may have with the younger generation just wanting to start their holidayw

Problem arriving at airport office as plane was an hour late. We were told that a taxi would be 10-15mins which was not a problem. However, talking to other customers who had been told the same thing but were still waiting over an hour later, we decided to opt for the tour company transport.
We were concerned about the return taxi but this arrived on time and was excellent.

We had to wait about 40 minutes at Palma Airport with not much communication from the clerks working at the transfer company desk. Published conditions stated no longer than 50 minute wait at the airport before the transfer bus departed. In my case I was waiting 15 mins by the locked bus before the driver arrived and a further 50 minutes before we left the airport. In total it was nearer to 2 hours from arriving at the bus to being dropped off at my hotel, for a 25km journey. Luckily it was early in the day when I arrived, so I still had the remainder of the afternoon & evening to enjoy.

I booked the return shuttle bus from Palma Airport to Cala d'Or. The online booking was really straightforward and very economical. I was asked to provide my travel dates and flight numbers and after payment was taken, I was sent an email confirmation with a booking reference. Once I arrived in Palma I spent at least 25 mins trying to locate my bus outside. When I couldn't find it, I logged into the Holiday Extras account and only after a bit of digging did I find a set of instructions explaining that I needed to go to a specific desk located in the airport and 'check in'. By the time I got there, the queue for the travel desk had about 200 people in it. When I finally got to the desk I was given a slip of paper with 2 numbers circled. One was the number of the stand and the other was the number of the bus. I made my way outside to the stand only to find approx 15 buses parked there. I ended up asking a random driver for help as I was completely overwhelmed and he kindly took me to my bus. I genuinely don't think I would have been able to find it if it hadn't been for him. It probably didn't help that it was around 10.30pm, it was dark and there were hundreds of people all trying to find their buses. Our bus driver was courteous, took our bags and placed them in the bus for us. The bus itself was clean and comfortable and had good air con. The journey took the length of time specified on the website and we were dropped off right outside our hotel. Again the driver helped by taking our bags off the bus. On the return journey we were collected exactly on time and got to the airport by the time specified.
I would definitely use this service again as it is very cost effective and also, now that I know what to do when arriving at the airport, it will be much easier. However, I'd like to suggest that the full instructions regarding the desk/where it's located etc is outlined within the initial confirmation email, rather than it being located in the Holiday Extras online account - this would avoid the stress/confusion and also waiting times at the airport.

However I had to change my pickup venue as I changed accommodation during my holiday and though this appeared straightforward and the telephone and online staff were helpful and reassuring my confirmation online had the wrong information, as the drop off point and collection point had been transposed. We have booked transfers before and had good experiences. This time we booked mid price expecting a minibus. In fact we were given a full size transfer bus in both directions. On the outward journey we were first on the bus and last off. Over 3 hours in total. It was 45 mins before the bus left Palma. It took the northern route, getting to Cala D'Or last. The return trip was better as we were almost last on and the transfer time for us was much faster. We did feel sorry for some on the bus who obviously had a much longer journey. On pickup from our hotel for the return journey we were just getting to the front of the hotel, 7 minutes earlier than the scheduled pickup time, as the bus arrived. The driver leant out his window having remotely opened the hold doors, and told us to hurry up. I had damaged my back and struggled to load a 20kg bag into the bus. He became impatient and got out of his seat to load the second bag. My partner had rushed off to drop our room key into reception and the driver kept asking if she was coming back! We left still earlier than the scheduled time feeling very annoyed.

Transfer from palma airport was not a good experience,couldn't find our booking initially wanted to know when we booked dates etc very stressful after an early morning flight, when we were asked to go to a different desk with transfer paper to get on bus lady at desk was truly awful and rude !. No confirmation text of return pick up from hotel so I had to ring to confirm on day of transfer to airport bus was 30 mins late.

The whole process of our pick up and subsequent drop off at Palma Airport went smoothly.
No issues arose of any kind and both our drivers were very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. The driver to Pollensa, noticing that our granddaughter was unsettled after the flight, put nursery music on the audio to help calm her.

Our flight landed on time. It took 1.5 hours to go through Palma airport.
On arrival at taxi
Desk i was told the taxi had been sent away! Surely the taxi desk was aware of the timings and chaos at palma airport i was told i should have rung. That was not possible.and anyway they could have rung me before sending taxi away.Also i had told my coach transfer we did not need them as we had a taxi.
As common sense did not prevail i hope to see a full refund back into my account.

Transferring from the airport to the hotel was long, and went around 3 or 4 different towns. Was told no longer than 95 mins but was more like 120mins.After being already delayed an hr then having a long queue at passport control it felt like forever!
Returning to the airport was alot faster as we were 3rd to last pick up.
Found it odd that 4 different coaches turned up at the hotel each picking up just a few passengers. Would surely have made more sense to just put everyone on the one coach.

Booked hotel/car park combo and had no issues. Hotel was comfortable & car park was easy with a shuttle. Also booked a private transfer & again no issues. There was an issue returning & I think the driver had left his wallet or money at hotel we were picked up from & asked to go back but I said no as we'd then be late arriving to airport & with 2 kids on an early flight and already a 50 min transfer 30 mins in it just wasn't acceptable option for us. He didn't argue when I said no but he basically left us pretty quickly soon as he dropped us off.

I recently travelled to Mallorca with my elderly mum and booked Holiday Extras for the transfer to/from Palma Airport. It could not have been any better. We were 2 of just 4 people on the journey to our hotel and the only 2 on the way back to the airport. Both drivers were extremely friendly and helpful and immediately helped with my mum's case. Despite a 2 hour delay the staff on the information counter directed us to our coach quickly and politely, We were then greeted by a polite and cheerful driver who safely stored our luggage in the luggage hold.. comfortable journey Driver then unloaded our luggage at our destination.
On the day before we were due to leave I contacted you on chat through the mobile app and was helped by Gemma who again was polite and responsive at telling me when we was due to be collected. The coach arrived right on time and again greeted by a polite driver who assisted with luggage on collection and drop off. Fantastic service throughout would highly recommended and will definitely be using the service again.

We booked a private transfer from Palma airport to our hotel. On arrival we found the office and after waiting a short while our driver took us to the car and drove us to our hotel. I never asked him about our return journey to the airport but in the paperwork it said that he would come and pick us up at 16.05 on the date of our return. We waited in the hotel lobby and at 16.02 a car turned up and took us back to the airport.

Booking our shared transfer from airport to resort was very easy ( Palma to Cala d'or) , with immediate email confirmation. Details re our arrival and where to meet our driver sent the day before travel were clear and concise. Driver was at said meeting point with my name on board. We were the only travellers on the shuttle so essentially had a private transfer.
Pick up details from resort to airport sent 2 days prior to departure but wasn't exact in our pick up location. Shuttle arrived on time but some confusion with actual point of pick up as it was possibly 2 points. So hubby waited at one point and me at the other. Driver came to my pick up point but as he spoke no English it was bit of confusion explaining where hubby was! If pick up SMS had said exactly where pick up would be they would have helped. Again, we were the only passengers! The pick up time gave us plenty of time to get to airport, and being dropped off outside departures was excellent. Driver on way out was lovely, return driver seemed quite grumpy! However, this said, it was our first experience of booking a shared transfer and it was fab, superb value for money, and so much less hassle and cheaper than car hire. Holiday Extras we're the cheapest transfer price, and we felt confident of a good service due to good communication via email, SMS and the app. Recommend this service.

I had booked a shuttle service from Palma airport to Say Coma which was supplied by Gateway Due to long queues in passport control caused by lack of staff we were late in getting to the meeting point in the arrival hall but luckily the shuttle service phoned me to find out what was delaying us and asked the driver to wait. On the return journey the driver was on time and had us back at the airport kin an hour. I would highly recommend this company

Delighted with the private Transfer we booked for a recent trip to Mallorca. I found the advice/ reception desk at the airport exactly as described in your e mail. I was met with a pleasant young lady who gave me a ticket which gave me the bus number and departure bay. The driver CAREFULLY stowed my case in the hold and I then had a very pleasant 20 minutes drive to my drop off point, approximately 200 yds from my apartment. The coach could not get any nearer due to the road system. Excellent service.

Excellent experience throughout. I expected a shuttle bus/coach to pick us up. Our passport control was slow so were not out on time. I received a call and a message from the driver explaining he was waiting for me and where to meet him which was a nice touch and reassuring.
Then we found the driver who took us to a lovely taxi not a coach which was amazing. To get our own personal transport was unbelievable and unexpected so thank you.
Then on the transfer back. The driver arrived on time and again it was a small mini bus all to ourselves. Which was brilliant again. So I was super impressed thank you.

Airport hotel and parking was as expected, quiet room, minibus transfer in the morning with no waiting around. Return transfer, bus not available but the hotel had booked a taxi for us, so no complaints.
The resort transfer should have been a shuttle bus but as we were the only ones going to the area we were provided with a taxi instead and the same on the return. The only slight problem we had, my phone number was the contact for the text with the pick up time for the return transfer, but it broke part way through the holiday. I rang the contact number to ask them to text my wife's number instead which the very helpful man said he would pass on but we did not receive it and had to ring again the night before leaving to get a time. Since arriving home and getting my phone working again I found that I had received the text. Apart from that small problem it was as expected and we will definitely use holiday extras again.

The most economical transfer ever from Palma Airport to Puerto Pollensa, no waiting, no other drop offs 45 mins and we were the only ones in the vehicle the wk before Easter. Ignore the poor reviews, they were obvs unlucky, have used before in Portugal and also did a great job there too.

The bus drivers on both outbound and return trips were fantastic. The buses arrived on time were clean and comfortable. We only waited a short time before departing from the airport and arrived in plenty of time for the return flight
My lower rating was due to receiving no email or text message of my return pick up time as I should have. I had to call the emergency number to find out when we would be picked up. This was worrying as it was 12 hrs before our flight. The lady informed us of the time and the bus picked us up promptly
It would be really useful if there was an option in the select hotel drop down menu to select "Alcudia town centre" as a drop off point for people who do not stay at a big hotel

Some good points, some bad.
Parking at the hotel was easy, lots of spaces available.
Queued at reception for about 10 minutes - only one member of staff checking in, others were on the computer and avoiding eye contact.
Had to wait at the bar for about 15 minutes to get served. Eventually somebody came from reception to serve us.
Room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Bed very soft.
Restaurant staff were friendly at breakfast in the morning. Reasonable range of food available. No fried eggs unfortunately.
Scrambled eggs were revolting in our opinion - they tasted fishy, like they were old and off. When I quietly mentioned to a chap who appeared to be the duty manager that the eggs were awful although everything else was fine, rather than accepting the comment, thanking me for telling him, saying he'd look into, apologising, or any of the other good customer care responses he could have dusted off for the occasion, instead he chose to go down the denial and confrontation route. "There's nothing wrong with them", "They seem fine to me", "It's not like we stand cracking 900 eggs you know", "Lots of people really like our eggs because they are so creamy".
A minor disappointment could have been a major PR bonus if he'd handled that correctly. I would have been writing here about how he'd offered to get something else for us, or been very understanding and sympathetic. I would have heaped praise on his handling of the situation, rather than writing that he was an arrogant man with little or no respect for customers who just seemed to be on some sort of power trip.

Great value allways book this transfer takes about 90 minutes. this year took a bit longer as not as busy as normal so making a lot more drop offs

The return coach picked us up prompt however air conditioning was inadequate and after picking us up the coach drove nearly 30min further away from airport to collect 1 other passenger

We paid for return pickup from Palma Airport & hotel. Both buses were clean and airy, arriving & departing promptly. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Would have given it a 10 but departure times from my hotel wasn't provided and it took a bit of time for our reception staff to find this out for us.
