The bus went past where we were staying and traveled to a hotel 20 minutes away, then came back. The bus was full and only two people went to that hotel?

On arrival we were met by a very friendly driver who allocated us a car, (we had booked a minibus) the 30 minute drive to our hotel was quite a scary experience, the driver exceeded the speed limit for the majority of the journey and overook on a stretch of road where overtaking was not allowed.
On the return journey our driver didnt arrive on time so i had to phone the number provided to track him down. The man i spoke to gave me the impression that he had no record of our booking but ensured a driver was sent quickly. The return journey was much more pleasant experience and qe atull arrived at the airport in plenty of time for our flight

The transfer was excellent once we were able to identify the service. Although he was collecting two parties for different transfers he was only displaying the other party name. Logically he should have displayed the service name as indicated as the alternative in our arrival instructions. The return was perfectly tailored to our request for pickup location.

Transfer team at airport superb. Flight arrived early, but they went out their way and moved things around to get us on our way straight away. Condition of transfer vehicle immaculate. Nice for driver to engage in conversation. Return journey was a bit of a mystery. Received a phone call the day before leaving, informing us that they had to bring our transfer forward by an hour due to the road to the airport being closed due to a cycle race. Not a major issue, but other transfers from the hotel left at normal time. Outcome was that we were at airport 4 hrs before departure. I suppose better safe than sorry. Again pick up at agreed time and vehicle spotless

Our transfer from Arricife airport was excellent, the driver was efficient and the taxi was clean, his driving was thoughtful to his passengers.
Our return journey, from the hotel to the airport was satisfactory at best, because his driving was too fast and the taxi was not as clean as it should have been.

Having arranged airport transfers many times, it is important to us that the pick up vehicle is outside the Arrivals hall. We do not want the fast-paced walk (with luggage) up to the bus terminal/car park above the airport. Doing this you get dragged into the throng of passengers who are typically going to get their shared buses to the resort hotels. This is fine if this is the service you want (included in the TUI price) If I'm paying for a private transfer, I expect the more convenient location. This does appear to be a bit hit and miss, how can I guarantee this better pick up location?

Everything went well and to plan. Booking process was straightforward, price was reasonable. When we got through customs we met the local representatives, they were easily visible and they directed us to the correct bus. For the return we got a text message advising of pick up time and the bus arrived on the dot. All in all a good experience. Only minor criticism is the bus driver did not switch air con on the return journey.

To be given in advance the drop off point for people staying on villas. We were given a drop off which was a 45 minute walk to the accommodation. However we did manage to change this to a different drop off point about 10 minute walk away from villa. We had two small children. I am not I would book this service without knowing in advance where drop off is in advance.

Flight arrival time was monitored and as we landed half an hour early the driver was already there waiting for us. Very much appreciated the help with my suitcase to the parking area.

All good, taxi driver waiting at arrival gate with name on board, no delays, . Return at hotel on time, again no delays. One note, booked a private cer as taxi, it was in fact a small minibus for our sole use, same on returning . Spacious,albeit a bit noisy, . Not really a problem.

A quick trip to the desk after getting our luggage and the Receptionist phoned our driver and then directed us to where he was parked. Very personable driver and on our way to our hotel in no time. Also had emails from Holiday Extras keeping us informed.

Great service, although I needed to ask at Arrecife where your desk was and was directed accordingly. Fairly good instructions to get to the coach which was a long way to walk. Perhaps a drawn map would help as well. Good communication on departure and confirmation by mobile. For those without a mobile perhaps confirmation to the Hotel with message to the client. All mostly went well with pick-ups on time. It would be better if you could introduce a ' speedy shuttle ' as others do to shorten the transfer time from airport to resort and vice versa.
In our case the transfer to the hotel was 1 hour 15 mins as we were last off. The return journey took 25 mins as we were last on. A big difference.

Opted for the quoted 15 min transfer as opposed to the cheaper 50 mins option . I expect the usual wait for the bus to fill and assumed the 15 mins was first drop in the resort. But first drop was areciffe so no chance in getting to Costa tequise within the 15 mins . On return my pick up was a full 4 hours before flight . Both drivers were good and no complaints there it's just the transfer time a lot longer than advertised.

Easy to book, and we were met at the airport by representative of the taxi firm who guided us to where our transport was waiting. We've used Holiday Extras before and have always been very happy with their services.
Probably an issue with the airport and not Holiday Extras, but we had about a two hundred metre walk with all our baggage to where the transport was parked.

It took 3 hours from touch down to apartment.
Every thing was good except - Over an hour waiting for other passengers before the coach set off. Nearly an hour travelling. Then an hour dropping everyone else off as we were the last destination. We will catch the local bus next time if we can.

We had to wait an hour at the airport on arrival for other fights and passengers before heading to our destination.
Return journey - we were not told when the pick up would be - no email, text or call. We rang the company and were told it was a 7am pick up for an 11am flight - 40min drive.

I've used this transfer before and it works well. There's usually a bit of waiting around and I got picked up from my hotel much earlier than necessary, but it's relatively cheap so you sort of expect that. It has proved reliable which is a big plus, arriving on time at pick up.

The driver was very helpful and on time, the coach was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room. The only downside was it took a long time to collect everybody and get to and from the airport but that is the service. On arrival at supplier desk told to go to area number, quite a walk. When we got there it seemed to be buses and coaches so we walked further on then had to walk back to the first area where our mini bus was waiting at the end of a line of buses and coaches. Your previous supplier used to be waiting as people exited airline and helped with suitcases.

Plane had to divert so we could change planes due to a technical fault. We tried the contact numbers provided by Holiday Extras and Hoppa (via Holiday Extras) re transfer. None worked. We easily met the transfer taxi driver at the airport at the allotted place. He was courteous and a good driver, taking the both of us to our hotel directly without fuss, in the planned journey time. All good. The collection from our hotel was easy. We recognised the minibus taxi and again the taxi driver was courteous, helpful and the journey back to the airport was straightforward and on time. We booked a private vehicle to take us from the airport in Lanzarote to our villa in Playa Blanca (and back again at the end of our holiday). Everything went smoothly. Our transport was waiting for us at the designated spot, and the driver was so friendly, and helpful with our bags. On the day we were returning home, we were picked up at our villa at the agree time by another lovely driver, again very helpful. The whole experience was a pleasure and I would not hesitate to book this service again. Our son has mild cerebral palsy, so it just made our transfers so much easier. Excellent service!

Really easy to book. The check in desk at the destination airport was very easy to find and it was just a short walk outside the building to the waiting coach. The ability to contact your company by telephone. I did the "chat" to amend my booking, I was told it was done and I would receive email confirmation. I didn't and it hadn't been actioned. There was a fair bit of waiting around on outward journey as we had to wait for the minibus to fill up before we could begin our journey. On the inward journey we were picked up just under 4 hours before flight and due to an odd pickup sequence we were on the bus for an hour when the airport was roughly 15 minutes away. Our transfer from airport to hotel was disappointing. We saw a girl with our name on to show we have a taxi booked, but we had to wait about 15 minutes for our driver to arrive to escort us to his car about a 10 minute walk from inside the airport & I'm not good at walking with a stick. Also he didn't help us with our luggage or spoke a word to us the whole journey. However the return from hotel to airport was much better. The driver was on time & helped with our luggage.

Even though we had forgotten to print our voucher and had a little panic when asked for it, our driver was brilliant and took a screenshot of our booking on our phone and assured us this would be fine for our return as well. Driver was waiting for us at the airport and the transfer was smooth.

The actual transfer was very good polite drivers and goid vehicles. The customer service experience from an admin perspective not so great , on the paperwork it said to call 48 hours before flying back to the UK and gave me a local number to call. It took me a further six phone calls to reach the correct person as each new number I was given directed me again to an incorrect department. It would be helpful to have the correct number on the paperwork as this took half an hour of my time. Luckily I had roaming on my phone otherwise this would have cost me a lot in telephone calls also.

The issue we had was that 48 hours before our holiday the e-ticket was sent to us, with a section in bold red writing that all children must have the correct car seat to travel on the transfer or we would be refused. As you can imagine this caused panic as we was not offered these as an option to add on, I would of added these. I then contacted yourselves to add these on, which was apparently possible but got cut of at your 8pm closing time. I then had to wait to the morning after, less than 24 hour before leaving to be told this isn't possible. We rushed around getting car seats and appropriate bags to take there in, only to get to resort and not need them at all. I'm quite happy to do whatever we need to ensure my children's safety but the way it happened was very stressful and caused more difficultly carrying all the car seats at the airport. I feel this should be clarified better on the booking confirmation and with resort as we didn't need them. The transfer to and from the airport was perfect and on time both ways for us. We booked car parking with yourselves which was also good.

Couldn't improve anything. It was PERFECT service. Easy to book. When we got to the parking place we just had to hand our keys in and keep the ticket with us. When we landed we called the number on the ticket and they came and picked us up. Gave us the keys and off we went. Super cute easy. The staff were all lovely and will definitely use you again!

Being picked up from the airport was hassle free but the driver could not find the address and we drove around for half an hour. We were due to be picked up at 9.00am to take us back to the airport but the driver didn't arrive. At 9.10am I tried to ring the telephone number on the app but it wouldn't connect so I had to ring the UK number to advise our driver hadn't arrived. This driver couldn't find the address either and he finally arrived at 9.20am

I was sat on the bus for about an hour in the airport before we set off (I was the first person on the bust) I was then on the bus for another 45 minutes due to the number of stop before mine. The price was very cheap, a taxi on my own was more than I wanted to pay. It wound be great if ther was something in between a taxi and a coach. I would happily have paid a bit more for a speedier service, a small mini bus with less capacity.

Everything went well with my transfer from the airport to resort & return to the airport. The desk in the arrivals area was very friendly and helpful. The information sheet with the coach stance number was good although it took a while for all passengers to find & board the bus I was in the 1st group to be dropped off so that was great. Reception had an e-Mail the morning before with my pick up time to go to the airport. I was in the last place anyone got on the bus (the second last stop on way back to the airport).

I used you to book the Airport Lounge, Security Fast Track & Airport Transfers. My problem was with airport transfers, which I did complain about, but you have not taken any action to address your system fault. Your system doesn't allow customers to input a destination address, which is a problem and caused stress. Worse, after raising my concerns our airline changed the return flight times and when I tried to change the times, I was not allowed to do that but I was told I had to cancel the booking and make a new one, which was frustrating. This was compounded when I was told I couldn't get my money back - so as far as I am concerned you incorrectly and inappropriately stated I could cancel - instead I was told I had to take a voucher. This meant I had to book again with a system that didn't allow me to input my address. I won't be using you again for transfers which is a shame as I have retired and plan to travel 2 or 3 times a year. You shouldn't state people can cancel when in fact you won't give money back, it was you who stated I couldn't change the transfer time and I had gone to a huge amount of stress and time making sure you got my destination address to the transfer company, only to have to start all over again with a new booking.

Transfers (operated through Jumbo Tours) were easy from the airport to Playa Blanca but involved a long wait on the day of arrival and the driver was a bit surly. Going back, the bus left at 07:20 for an 11:10 flight, which we thought could easily have been an hour later even with the hotel stops en-route.
However, the service was reliable, comfortable and good value for money but if travelling at the same times in future we'll use the public bus as it would actually save time.

I booked a taxi transfer to and from our holiday airport. When we arrived the taxi company wasn't there to meet us as scheduled. However, I rang the Holiday Extras emergency number and a very helpful man responded and sorted out the issue with the taxi company immediately. He rang me back to update me and check everything was ok. The taxi had got delayed doing another job, so was just late arriving. It was a bit stressful as the paperwork instructions issued to us were poorly worded and a bit ambiguous and we therefore weren't sure if the driver would be there to greet us inside or outside the terminal building.

Not as smooth as it could. Firstly, to be clear, we used the service to transfer from the airport in order to drop off close to our holiday property as it wasn't listed. Our drop off driver told us that we should wait at the previous drop point for the return transfer. When the confirmation for the return came, it just said 'hotel' so I assumed, wrongly, that it was the revised pick up point. Luckily, the pick up driver was more conscientious and when he arrived at the old pick up made enquiries and saw us waiting at the other hotel, otherwise we'd have missed our pick up. Lesson learnt, we will always confirm which location the pick up will be by telephone if told that the pick up is more convenient for the driver, but not the original location.

I know that the price was really good, but, although we had been advised that we might have up to an hour's wait for the first pickup, I.e. from the airport, in fact we had to wait it out on the coach for a lot more than an hour! It was really stressful after 4 hour's flight because no one knew just how much longer we were going to be and we just kept on waiting and waiting. The pickup on return was perfect so definitely no complaints there.

I have used holiday extras before and been really pleased. But this trip didn't go as planned. I was given the coach number to go to but after our bags were on board there were no free seats inside so we had to get off and retrieve our luggage and wait for another coach. We waited about 15 minutes then had to wait for this to fill up. The driver didn't know how to find the address so I explained where it was. We had to walk a short way as the driver couldn't get to the entrance. The driver didn't have any return details as our names were not on his list because it wasn't our original booked coach. On contacting the number given for our return the person answering the call also could not find our address so in the end we had to walk for about ten minutes with all our luggage to another hotel that we could be picked up from. So the service it's self was good the lack of knowledge of road names was not that good. Apart from this it was a good journey both ways and I will book again later in the year as we all deserve another chance.
