Private transfer booked and dropped at a random bus stop away from accommodation which was ok as we have stayed there before BUT HORRENDOUS when leaving as outside busy nightclub! Daughter booked shared shuttle for same dates through Holiday Extras and got dropped off and picked up AT our accommodation, but paid less. Would reconsider using again for this reason , not the service we were expecting

We were dropped off a fair distance from our apartments and the driver sent us walking in the wrong direction with heavy cases! So, not a good start but the return journey was excellent. We were collected in a lovely vehicle with no other passengers and the driver was spot on time.

The arrangements worked out as booked. We were met on time at the airport. The quality of the vehicles was very good. We were picked up at the hotel on time to be taken back to the airport. My only negative comment is that I needed to change the time of the return pick up. I couldn't do that through the app or emergency number you gave me when I booked. I was only able to make the change by the hotel contacting your local agent which I found in the booking confirmation.

The driver turned up 25 minutes after the agreed pick up time, but 10 mins after the agreed pick up time I called the call centre to chase the driver. The call centre staff were excellent and chased the driver who turned up 15 mins later. The transfer was quick and the driver helpful and professional.

Ibiza Jet Apartments Transfers

we booked it as had not been to Ibiza and wanted the certainty of getting there & back. The place was not easy to find so the driver got lost on the way there but we did find it eventually. When we got picked up to go to the airport, I ended up phoning cause they could not find it, the people I spoke to were really helpful and said taxi is on its way so when one pulled up we thought that was ours but it was people that was at our villa that had phoned for a taxi. The taxi company were good so we continued to the airport in the taxi we were in and our booked one which arrived late took the other 2 people whose taxi we had got in. Both our taxi drivers were pleasant & helpful, however as we were in the called taxi the meter was on so it would have cost us less to have phoned a taxi on the morning to get to the airport than it did paying in advance.

Easy to book both airport parking and transfers. The parking is perfect as it's so close to the terminal and there's no faffing with tickets etc as your car reg is recognised at the barrier. Airport transfers were brilliant. We expected a big coach but was delighted with the Mercedes Benz mini bus which meant fewer stops. Overall a fantastic service which I would highly recommend.

I was looking for a cheap and reliable service, and I found it with Holiday Extras- thank you!
One thing though- it would be really useful for your customers if the companies you use had 'a Holiday Extras' sticker on their vehicle. When I went to the meeting place for the airport shuttle it took some asking to find the right vehicle.
Overall though a great service. Will definitely use your company next time. Thank you

Driver was waiting on arrival with a name sign although we we 30 mins late, on departure bus was a little bit late, & the driver thought he had to pick a couple more passengers until we said it was private transport, all ok in the end

The transport was really easy to find within Ibiza airport especially after the detailed instructions we received on the app and via email. The drivers were helpful and the buses were clean, fitted with A/C and got you there in quick time. There was no waiting about outside hotels, it was all really efficient.

Driver was waiting for us exactly where he was supposed to be with our names on a card. Took our suitcases from us and led us to a large, clean, well air-conditioned vehicle. Knew exactly where to take us and also helped us with our suitcases on the other end. Same care and assistance on the way home as well.

Perfect from start to finish, thank you for taking part of the stress out of travelling especially as this was our first family holiday in 4 years. On arrival the driver was waiting in the advertised place and was easy to find, parked close to the airport and got us to the hotel in great time - also found and returned my phone which I had accidentally left on the seat before leaving our hotel so thank you so much for that - would not have been a great start to the holiday! On departure taxi turned up on time and got us to the airport with more than enough time to spare, friendly efficient service couldn't ask for more

On arrival at Ibiza airport as soon as we walked into the arrivals our driver was there with our name clearly displayed on a board. Excellent. On our return we checked the day before as we hadn't received an email we then had a message that we would be collected at 15.05. However at 15.30 no pickup. The manager of our apartment phoned for us and sorted it out. Our driver for some reason had gone to the airport and not the apartment. Another vehicle was sent with an excellent lady driver who arrived at 15.45 and managed to get us to the airport on time for our flight. Although a mistake was made it was rectified.

We've used Holiday Extras before without any problem but this time I was very disappointed. We had no notification of our return pick up time from the resort. I wasted half a morning on our last day trying to find this out on my mobile. Not sure I'll use them again. No problem with the pick up company.

When we arrived at Ibiza airport our driver was not at the arranged location however another driver from the same company was waiting to pick up another passenger and he explained that our driver was delayed coming back from San Antonio. He called his office and arranged that he would take us to our hotel and when our driver arrived he would take the other passenger. Good management of a changing situation.

Absolutely brilliant, utterly faultless! Our driver was there waiting at Arrivals to pick us up, and upon departure we were picked up at our hotel on time! PRIVATE air conditioned Merc too! ????
Before booking with HE, I had asked our hotel about organising a taxi but they quoted 120 euros ONE WAY. HolidayExtras did a return for £95 - TOP NOTCH, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

We were met upon landing and shown to our private transfer. The driver was excellent and gave us some tips of where to visit and must see sights.
The return transfer to airport was on a 52 seater coach just for 10 of us. Plenty of room and fantastic service. Really pleased with our experience. Will definitely use your company again. Thank you x

Instructions were given to wait in hotel lobby, however after our pick up time had past the hotel noticed that we were waiting and advised that pick up is normally outside in the street outside a shop not in the hotel. We rushed out to the street and the driver was unhappy that we were not there on time, we were waiting in the lobby. This information needs to be given on the pick up info. There was no reason why we could not of been picked up from our actual hotel.

Was concerned that I had not been advised of the pick up time for the return transfer. I tried to contact the UK agent and the local provider by phone without success. In the end I managed to log into Holiday Taxis web site with a different reference no. and found the pick up time there. No details had been sent to the hotel, which has always been done in the past.
