Holiday Extras Travel Help
We're Here to Help All Customers Affected by the fire at Heathrow airport
Heathrow airport fire
Heathrow airport has reopened after a nearby fire and power outage closed the airport on Friday March 21. Departures are operating almost normally with a handful of cancellations. Arrivals are more severely disrupted with many cancellations as the airport started operations this morning.
Passengers flying to or from Heathrow today should contact their airline for confirmation their flight is operating as planned.
Our advice to customers due to travel
As always, we encourage customers who are due to travel during a scheduled disruption to contact their airline or tour operator.
We've added some useful links at the bottom of the page.
