The transfer shuttle coach to our hotel was over booked. Therefore there was a delay of around 30 minutes or more as the driver had to organise transport for the additional passengers. The return transfer took a long time as we had to stop at many hotels.

The time taken for the bus to leave the airport to the destination is the only issue.
Yes it is advertised as potentially a one hour wait but this is too long and sometimes the wait exceeds one hour.
Bring it down to 30 minutes and it will be a much better service

Second time using transfer service. Unfortunately one of our transfers didn't work but Holiday Extras made it clear what we had to do and we got a taxi the cost of which was quickly refunded.

Bit of a delay waiting for transfer to come and then the mini bus was to wee so had to wait again for a replacement but coming back to the airport no problem turned up on time only a couple of pick ups then straight to the airport

The Outbound trip was easy. Easy check-in at MTS desk. Easy to find waiting shuttle.
The Return trip was concerning. The shuttle finally arrived 40 mins after the approx pick-up time. I went back into Hotel reception in a panic after 30 mins as I thought it was not going to arrive.

I was wary booking a private taxi outwith Jet2 transport but I was extremely pleasantly surprised how smoothly everything went. Our driver was waiting at the airport with a card with our name on it and was the most pleasant driver , super friendly but professional and the same driver took us back to the airport on the return journey. I would defo recommend holiday extras and absolutely use them again as they update you every step of both journeys.

Had over one and a half hour wait for transfer on arrival had a correct paperwork but the bus we should have been on wouldn't take us. Eventually was taken by someone after a lot of running around. Our return transfer was perfect .. was a bit worried that we may not be picked up. But they was very professional on information leaving a message on my phone and also confirming with our hotel reception which was left in our apartment. Will def use again sometimes things just don't run smoothly. It wasn't just us there was 2 other girls left who decided to book a private taxi

The return transfer went really well.
But I was left stranded at Fuerteventura airport, on my own, at night without a transfer bus.
This was because my plane was an hour delayed, therefore my bus had left.
I had to be persistant in order to arrange another bus to get me to my apartment.
I did get another driver, who then unfortunatley had to stop for a 15 minute break on the way. No fault of the driver, who was very kind. His name is Jorge.
I arrived at my apartment at 11pm, a little upset.

Before my trip I was informed that my bus would drop me off at a nearby bus stop because there was no room for the bus to turn round at the hotel. But when I got to the hotel there was a big roundabout at the hotel entrance with big Tui coaches dropping people off and not having to do any reversing. Apart from that the transfer was very good.

service on time and coach was modern however when we were dropped off at our hotel RIU Oliva Beach the coach did not go outside the hotel like other coaches did, it dropped us off at the bus stop on the main road which was a bit of a challenging walk for my elderly mother late at night when it was dark. The pick up was also on the main road so did feel we were getting public transport as opposed to a booked hotel airport transfer

Journey from Fuerteventura - coach driver pointed to the ground and grunted that we stay there, prioritising around 10 customers despite the fact we had been waiting there first. I felt scared and realised we were in a different country. The journey back was fine once the coach arrived, It was 5 minutes late and we were contemplating ringing the Spanish number provided.

Good transfer and drop off by experienced driver on way out. Good, safe driver.
Return journey pick up Driver was on time and pleasant but then followed the worst white knuckle drive in a minibus that I have ever experienced - crazy lady driver zapping round bends and roundabouts, drove on road edge studs for 90% of journey - we have never been happier to get off a bus!

The information about where to get the transfer is incorrect, there was no-one at the desk I was told to go to. I rang the number & was told to go to another desk, he had no idea who we were. Eventually the lady on the next stall told us to go outside the airport to canary transfers. From there it was plain sailing. Great transfer, lovely driver who helped us look for our apartment. The transfer back was brilliant & on time.

Tried to change the drop off and pick up point to a different hotel nearby but there seemed to be a lack of communication between hol extras and the shuttle bus company, I asked twice on the chat forum and was told couldn't change it, upon arrival the hoppa desk changed it and gave me a phone number to make sure the return journey was changed, rang the number and they said had to go back to holiday extras they said no it couldn't be changed, the driver did somehow get the change of hotel info though !?! So I had to ring the emergency number as we were sat outside the original hotel (as the hoppa website told us to be there) luckily the driver was informed and came back for us

As l booked this separate from the actual holiday and it was the first time doing it this way, l was quite apprehensive but l needn't have worried about thing.
It was easy to find our coach when we arrived at the airport and drop off was great. I did not have to do a thing about being picked up from the accommodation as holiday extras emailed me the day before to let me know what time we would be picked up at. The driver picked us up in a smaller vehicle ( 7 seater) which was fine. He was very polite, chatty and a good steady driver. I would definitely book through this company again.

Unfortunately our flight was late so we believe our original coach had left but we were accommodated on the next coach to our resort but were the last drop off since we weren't included in the drivers original schedule. But the driver worked very hard and was very accommodating. Our return transfer coach was very efficient. He was just after the time suggested but well within our expectations.

We stopped in a villa. The coach dropped us by a local hotel where our villa was only around the corner. But coming back we had to walk for 15 mins up the road to another hotel. On our way around picking others up it went to the nearest hotel that we first got dropped off at. Why couldnt we be picked up here again? It made it us laugh as we had a feeling this might happen.

The directions on the booking form were perfect as we found the appropriate desk to report to on arrival at Fuerteventura. Coming back I was a bit unsure about pick up time as your instructions said check the supplier website 48 hours before departure (which I did and there was no trace of a booking) and theirs said 24 hours. As it turned out 24 hours before departure I received a text message from them confirming the pick up time so that relieved a growing concern.

Everytime I've booked through HolidayExtra everything has run smoothly, if theres been changes even those have gone smoothly. One thing i didn't realise until i returned home was that they text you about meeting the transfer coach on the return trip, but having my roaming off i never got it, but as I've booked this before I knew the hotel would have thr details. You'll never be disappointed of you book through HolidayExtra for your hotel+parking or just parking or transfers. The transfers are so much cheaper than a taxi if you are an hour away from the resort, you just have to be patient as they drop off and pickups on the return.

The transfer went well in that we got to and from our accommodation on time. On the way out we were just told to get an ordinary taxi and given a voucher, however the taxi driver had some trouble finding our apartments. After that I wanted to change the pick-up to a nearby (easy to find) hotel. This meant I had to ring the emergency number and hold/ navigate menus for about 15 minutes. If I'd booked direct I would have had the website address and could have just done everything online. Once I knew the website I could use that to check the pickup details and track the pickup. Because of this, I think it would have been easier to book direct and not through a third party OR would be useful to have all the contact details.

The journey to the hotel was fine, we had a big coach it was spacious and comfortable for a 2 hour journey! However, on the return journey they only had a minibus which was full of people, there was no air con or windows that could be opened and that is a long journey to sit uncomfortable. I would opt for an alternative transfer option if we were to return.

Once we were through passport control we went straight to the desk as instructed and they pointed us in the right direction for the bus. We were first there so we had a wait of around 45 minutes before we set off which was a little disappointing. However, the return to the airport was much better. The bus arrived within two minutes of the allocated time and after another couple of pickups we were on our way. Delays should be expected as it all depends on where you are staying and how many others are on your bus.

The transfers were great, but we had problems accessing the details of where to pick up our transfer at Fuerteventura airport. I had to use the holiday extras chat function in the airport who told me your server was down.
The issue was resolved in about 20 mins but it was very stressful. It would be much easier if the transfer details were included in the confirmation email.

Went directly to the taxi office in Fuerteventura airport arrivals hall.
A very pleasant young man at the office gave me straightforward directions to find my taxi outside the terminal building.
The driver was waiting for us and soon we were on route to our accomodation.
Very clean taxi and the driver was very helpful and seemed happy in his job.
The return taxi to the airport was 20 minutes early and gave us peace of mind that we'd catch our flight in good time. Same again, the driver was very professional in his work.
I would recommend this service and I will certainly use them again in the future.

Yes on the app,it said a 11.05 pick up at the hotel. Luckily I checked the website. It said 10.43. You need to get the pick up time the same on both app and website. Otherwise you will have a lot of complaints and disappointed customers!!!!

The inbound transfer was really smooth, no problems at all. However, the outbound transfer was almost a complete disaster. The confirmation email stated that our collection time would be 2hrs and 45 minutes before our flight was due to leave and that we should be ready 15 minutes before. Our flight was at 20.05 so we were ready for collection at 17.00 expecting to be collected at 17.20 at the latest. The collection time came and went. I tried ringing the number on the email, it wouldn't connect. By this time I was really starting to panic and fortunately the travel rep was on hand to ring and finally got through and we were told that we were being collected at 17.30. A mini bus turned up at 17.32 but the driver was adamant that he wasn't picking us up as he had a different name on his manifest.The rep then tried to tell him that the people he was trying to collect were not there and could he take us and only after he spoke to the office did he allow us on board. The driver was obviously not to blame for the mix up and he got us to the airport quite quickly but it really wasn't the relaxing transfer that we booked and paid for.

Luckily this wasn't far away as I have lung cancer and cannot walk long distances. Unfortunately the road was closed at the top which we weren't aware of but the driver walked down to find us. I did struggle with my breathing as it was a slight incline but this was not the fault of the driver or company

The staff were helpful. Having a shared transfer means that it will take a longer as multiple flights and holiday accommodations are involved. On the way to our hotel we stopped at a lot of destinations far more than we expected. The driver did apologise but it did spoil our first impression of you Company. The journey back to the airport was fantastic, but I do think you should tell your drivers they shouldn't take phone calls and fiddle with their phones looking for music when they are driving.
