Tried to book private transfer back to airport as mum struggled to get in/out of coach, family back home constantly calling well in advance no one answered, e-mailed them still no reply, in the end ended up paying additional 40euros which didn't mind but expected better customer service from holiday extras..willing to pay the extra for them to get private taxi back to airport

Driver was waiting with clear signage on our arrival and waited while I exchanged money,and,as it was our first vist to Tunisia, pointed out places and landmarks on journey. On our return, driver had arrived at hotel well in advance of scheduled time. Both drivers were very

Was a little worried whem landed. Normally someone has card with our name on it. But others helped to find who I needed to talk to.
Again disnt hear from company a time to pick us up. So I had ro get in touch. To fund out time off pick up.
Then a mini bus turned up
Saying they were here to pick us up.
I was confused as I ordered a taxi not mini bus that was picking other guests up at another hotel.
After a call to the office a taxi dis turn up and take us to the airport.

We were not met at the airport by our transfer, with 2 children in tow and in a country we have never visited it was very stressful, i had to internet or wifi to get your information up, and to contact you would have cost me a fortune. Luckily i managed to get hold of a tui rep at the airport who helped and contacted you to see what was going on. About an hour passed before we were picked up, the driver did apologise but the vehicle we were picked up in and not even sure it was road worthy, my seat wasnt even fixed to the floor properly, not impressed at all. Coming back to the airport was completely different our driver was early, very polite, the vehicle was very comfortable with air conditioning, completely different experience.

There was good think that happened with my transfer and a couple of things that went wrong first off are plane landed early and there was no driver waiting for us so called the over sea number to be told my booking was in the 4th August not the 17th August we where lucky that my dad was in another car and the driver rang and found are driver who told us we was on his way and would be 5mins this driver was lovely and got us to are hotel we loved the fact that it was just us in the car and didn't have to make any stop this will be the only reason we book again

Aircon in vehicles could have been better.
Pick up time on way back was too early and arrival at airport was way too early, but there was no way to change this.

I phoned at 5 pm Friday for next day booking was told to ring back 10pm at earilest
the pick up was 6.30 am Saturday
which at 5pm was 13.5 hours after first call and 8.5 hours before I knew

Much better experience than previous 2! As informed by email the rep was waiting at the exit of arrivals (not so on previous trip) but you must note they stand behind a portable desk in the email you state they will be holding a sign, not at all the same and could be confusing for first-timers. Did not like the EasyJet rep's demand for a tip - tips should be proffered for good service, not demanded plus the rep only appeared as the bus was about to leave, no sign of him before! The driver looked embarrassed!

The transfer is always there waiting for you at the airport, even if your flight is delayed...and this included one time when my flight was delayed by SIX HOURS. It is a completely reliable service. When you make the phone call the day before the transfer is due to come to the hotel to take you back, the person in the office always quickly answers your call, has your details to hand and speaks good english. It is amazing value for money.

Driver was waiting even though we were a bit delayed. He was very helpful and friendly,spoke a bit of English and got us to hotel safe and sound. Pick up was just the same,he was there before time but was willing to wait. He loaded everything and helped us onto the minibus. Nice guys and the price was good.

Easy to book and transfer details are easy to understand. Got some guidance on the bus. On the way back from hotel to Enfida airport, they told us pickup time was at 7:50 and to be there 10-15 mins earlier but picked us at 8:30, bus on the way back had no AC.

We were collected promptly then taken to a hotel which we questioned and was told it was correct to then find it wasn't. we had to ssk reception to contact trznsfer to pick us up again ehuch took half am hour, to then be taken to a 2nd wrong hotel till the driver finally found out ehere he was supposed to take us. Not the service we expected.

Our driver was waiting for us on arrival in a nice clean vehicle, the journey went well and he was very friendly. The return journey was the same he was a few minutes late but got us to the airport in plenty of time he was very friendly asking how we liked Tunisia and about our holiday he spoke very good English we will be using this service when we return.

Things went smoothly. There was a man on a stand taking names from people who had made reservations. We gave our names, we were told what bus to get in. We waited in bus for 30 minutes for other passengers. Once everyone was here the service was great got drop off outside hotel.

I bought the transfer for my partner who was taking his elderly mum on holiday.
The coach was just right. Collected them from airport & took them to their hotel, and then collected them to come back again a fortnight later.
We've used the transfers a few times now. Only occasionally had any issues, but always rectified and at airport in time to return home.

The taxi was on time for outbound and return flight, was easy to locate. The car I would say was simply a standard car, I thought the reason we paid more was to get a more premium vehicle but this wasn't the case, it was clean but not what I expected.

Everything was excellent, except the time for return journey confirmation, Your e-mail stated that we had to phone the international UK number which is not always practical when abroad. This confirmation can easily be done by telephoning the local transport provider or even sending them an e-mail.

I prefer it when we had the breakfasts ordered and served as the queues are fairly long and often food running low I've used the living twice in the last 3 months and both times it was a little disappointing I enjoy the lounges but prefer the old way of taking breakfast orders

Hotel stay with long stay airport parking great value. But overseas airport to hotel private car transfer not so good. After collecting luggage, on existing airport, expecting someone with name on board. Other private transfer operators had customers names on boards, after speaking with the Tui agents that we booked holiday with, they directed me to the correct customer service area. They told me to go outside the airport, and look for taxi number 4 , on exiting the airport, many taxi driver tried to get us in there taxi. As we cannot see the number 4 taxi, I had to return into the airport, and get someone to escort us to the correct taxi. This was not what we were expecting, after travelling, and very tired, disappointed with this. However the pickup from the hotel to airport on return journey, was very good, arrived on time and went smoothly.

Booked hotel transfers, arrived on time, only thing I would say is would have been better if they showed a name plaque as slightly confusing trying to find the company at airport Enfidha.
