Had a small wait when we landed. Meet the representative at the arranged meeting point, they WhatsApp to keep you informed. Had to wait for the driver about 10 mins, but it was rush hour Dubai traffic so not bad at all. Return was amazing , the driver WhatsApp to introduce himself and informed us of

Excellent transfer,lots of communication before hand and as soon as I landed they had text me saying they were outside of the arrivals ,then on my return they were 10 mins early which was fine and text me the car reg and said they were at reception,so a really great transfer for the price I paid ????????

Great pick up when we arrived in Dubai, however they had to be contacted by our hotel when they failed to pick us up on our return. No one could contact the driver and they ended up sending an Uber car.

Pick up was very smooth despite a 3.5 hour delay in our flight to Dubai. Ride was in a top Lexus.
However on our return we were pressured to accept a pick up from the hotel an hour earlier than booked. We refused so were eventually picked up at our planned time in a tatty taxi where my seatbelt did not work. I had to ride in the middle of the rear seat.

The car had another car reverse into it. However the care and concern they showed towards us was impressive. They kept us out the heat and ordered a new car to take us to our hotel within 20 mins or so!

The pick-ups both from the airport and the hotel were good. Only a relatively short wait at the airport and on time at the hotel for the return.
The negative of the booking was that the pickup vehicle from the airport was a tired and noisy Toyota minibus - hardly the executive vehicle we booked and paid extra for!

The representative was not waiting for us on arrival and we spent approximately 15 mins looking for him. A message had been sent to the UK mobile but the cost to retrieve this was over £3. A gentleman at one of the desks at the airport offered to make the local call to locate the transfer and once we managed to connect to airport WiFi we could communicate. The cars for both inbound and return should have been able to accommodate 3 suitcases but only 2 fitted in the boot. The third case which was smaller was put on the back seat. If we had 3 full size cases they would not have fitted in the car. On a positive the drivers were friendly and the cars were clean.

The driver on arrival was great - our flight was delayed and I honestly didn't expect him to still be there. He was polite and drove well.
A different driver on the way back was a different story. Due to the 5am pickup, he seemed tired, kept drifting across the road, and drove erratically and too fast - we didn't feel safe or comfortable and were relieved to get to the airport in one piece. It was not a pleasant journey.

Parking….so easy and straightforward.
Transfers are always a worry…will they turn up, find you, drive carefully in a nice well maintained car……yes they did.

On this occasion the person who greeted us at the airport wasn't our driver . We were asked to sit and wait in the arrival hall which we did until he returned and took us to the driver parked some distance away in the car park. We are tired and the 30 minute delay didn't help .
The driver was polite and friendly and helped with luggage.

Smooth transfer, met the rep in the arrivals area of DXB airport and was taken from there to a waiting car and driver. Took approximately 1 hour to get to our hotel on Marjan Island. For the return journey the driver met us at the hotel reception and was on time.Friendly service and we would definitely use the service again

At Dubai airport a little frustrating as there are lots waiting for transfers, I felt that asking the rep. a few times every 5 minutes helped as it could be easy to be forgotten. waited 15 minutes which is a lot when it is a private transfer.

I was bit sceptical when booking the airport transfers but the service received was excellent. The driver was waiting at the airport with a SUV and had a pleasant drive to the hotel. Same again on return, the driver was ready to drop us at the airport. Transfers made so simple with holidays extra and I'll definitely use this service for my future trips.

Although we were met by a greeter on time at the airport our driver didn't turn up for another 30 minutes. However our return driver was on time even though it was really early in the morning. Overall the service was good and value for money

Booked private transfer from airport to hotel. Driver left airport with us then was told to turn round and go back to airport to collect other people who were staying at our hotel. I said we had booked private transfer. Driver told boss on phone and was told to continue to return to airport. I wasn't happy and told him I would send an email to complain. He told his boss then was told he could turn back and take us to hotel!! We lost about 25 minutes after an overnight flight. A private transfer doesn't mean we share with others does it??

We booked a nights hotel stay with meet and greet parking - Heatgrow T3. Everything was perfect. Instructions very easy to follow.
T3 No1 Airport Lounge- brilliant start to the holiday.
Overseas private transfer. Very good. Were there waiting on arrival and warky gor pickup on return.

The Heathrow Car Parking experience was as expected as we have used the same car park several times previously.
The Private Transfer experience however was less than satisfactory as no car was awaiting us on arrival & 2 on departure the car arrived 20 minutes late, and our experience made worse by the fact that the emergency telephone number on the paperwork was unobtainable.

Booked car parking at Heathrow and transfers from airport to hotel and return in Dubai.
Great service for both and very competitive pricing.
Easy to find car park at Heathrow and bus to terminal ready and waiting with an approx 15 minute journey to terminal. On arrival at Dubai airport a guy with our name on a board was there to escort us to waiting car. On the day of return to UK the transfer car arrived at our hotel on time and had lovely meditation like music playing, so relaxing and peaceful for the start of our journey home. Back in the UK went straight to the bus stop advised, there were quite a few in the queue but only waited approx 10-15 mins for bus to arrive. Once back at car park went straight to the office, collected car keys to waiting car parked nearby.
Very pleased with both aspects of this booking and would definitely use Holiday Extras again.
