I've found in turkey the transfer company will be there to meet you what ever time of day or night even if you are delayed

Pick up at airport was excellent. Vehicle clean and driver provided water and we felt safe for the hour and forty minute journey.
Going back. Driver was on time. Vehicle was old, driver suffered from body odour, and thought he was Louis Hamilton! A frightening hour and twenty minute journey reaching speeds of over 90 mph.! Would not want him again.

Transfer desk checked us off and found our driver for us, who was polite ad punctual. Quick transfer to hotel in smart, comfortable car. Driver stopped to get us water and an ice cream
for the short journey. Defintely use again.

We use this service every year at Dalaman Airport in Turkey.Always a quick exit from the airport and always on time when being picked up. The drivers are always polite and helpful. The vehicles are clean and well maintained. We even get an ice cream and water on route!

Our coach was recalled to Dalaman after setting off and we then had to wait an hour before setting off again, which wasn't good. Drop-off and pick-up were fine but on the return journey the driver offered a dubious currency exchange involving a bag of coins ... which was declined.

Not sure what I am commenting on but if this one is for the transfer element of the holiday .I would just say have used on many occasions and just gets better always arrive a good 10minuets before stated time which is great .on pick up when you just want to be on your way to airport.

Excellent service. Driver was waiting for us at the airport. 10 passengers, he loaded all cases, wheelchair and walker and we were on our way within 30 minutes of leaving the airport. Driver was on time for our return journey and gave the same service loading our cases etc. Both drivers were pleasant cheerful and welcoming.

Very professional company. Excellent service. We been delayed coming from Manchester to Dalaman airport. There was a private vehicle waiting for us at the dalaman airport. Very happy with the service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Been picked up from the hotel to Dalaman airport for return on time. Very new, comfortable, fully air-conditioned, very clean and nice drive vehicle. Driver was nice and friendly. Very happy with everything. Thank you holiday extras.

Good drivers and both journeys picked up in mini bus as private transfer. Easy to locate on arrival but no communication received confirming return transfer so was getting worried the driver wouldn't show. Tried all the numbers listed on the booking and either went to answer phone or unobtainable. Rang the Uk contact but person who answered was rude and unhelpful said nothing to do with him and he know nothing of the booking! Not impressed by that part if the service so trusted that driver would show to collect us. Luckily driver arrived to collect us, so all good in the end but would have been nice to have received confirmation/contact prior to departure to confirm this.

Despite a flight delay of around 60 minutes. Our driver was waiting at destination airport.
Our return pick up was on time. The vehicle was very comfortable, apart from music playing which was a little too loud. We were unable to speak to driver to request the volume was reduced.

Chauffeur was prompt. However, he was waiting by the exit whereas we were directed to the actual stand and therefore didn't look out for him, and then it took a while to find him. Taxi and driver were excellent once he was found, and the journey was good.

To find the driver waiting is always a relief! The service was fast and smooth and although the return taxi was a little late, ringing the emergency number and finding he was just 10 minutes away was another relief. As it went he more than made that up.

Wasn't impressed with the stop off on the way there. Witnessed a fellow passenger being overcharged for cigarettes. Then someone selling excursions came on the bus to hit us with a sales pitch. This was all in the early hours of the morning and I could've done without it.

Received a notice of cancellation for our transfer shuttle 3 days before travel and within 5 minutes a notification to say it had been re-booked for a private transfer at no extra cost. Everything went to plan on pick up at the apt, our driver was great and stopped along the way to buy us water and also at a viewpoint. On the return, we were picked up at the hotel by a "party bus" with music videos playing. Really easy transfers and I can only sing the praises of holiday extras, will definitely use again - thank you.

Met at the airport as planned. No issues with meet up. Driver was friendly and helpful with the luggage. The only issue with this leg was that the vehicle had dozens of flies which was really annoying. The return journey in different vehicle went off perfectly. Met on time by another friendly and helpful driver. We also had the type of vehicle we requested which is important due to my partners mobility issues.

Great company, friendly and punctual staff, and easy and straightforward to use.
The only suggestion I would make is maybe some bottled water in the vehicles as you've just come off a nearly 5-hour flight with nowhere to get anything to drink, and a nearly 2-hour transfer ahead.

Trip from airport to Icmeler excellent, return trip was in a very old mercedes with minimal air connditioning you should consider diaposing of this
sub contractor as the journey @4:00 pm was not very pleasant

Waiting for us at airport with a board with our name. Stopped off way to resort and return and bought us water for the journey. Partner left mobile phone in tje back of car on return to the airport. We couldnt pick up as we gone through security check. They took it back to oir hotel in the resort so a friend could collect and bring back to the UK for us. Definitely recommend.

Driver wasn't waiting for me at the airport. No one at the Papirus stand or answering the phone. I had to ask at another kiosk who shouted and the driver came out. I wasted 20 minutes looking for him. The return driver was on time and exceptionally courteous.

Papirus offered a brilliant service on both journey's of the transfer.
Unfortunately, the Holiday Extras app and the booking process was awful.
I got a message saying the booking didn't go through, so booked again. Then I was charged twice. Cancelled one (app said it didn't work, but it did!), and I was awarded a voucher, but it wasn't my error so wanted a full refund. They make it very hard to be contacted to sort it out, but in fairness, when you do get a contact, they do sort it out very quickly.
It's easier to book independently though.

It was rather difficult to locate the driver due to the number of drivers awaiting pickups. Perhaps a dedicated spot to locate drivers more easily would help. This is not a criticism as the service was very good on both journeys. Drivers were very safe and respectable.

Maybe have the pick up times and some form of interaction on an app of some description.

The airport desk was easy to locate and we were quickly taken to our transfer vehicle. We didn't have to wait too long before we left either. The transfer itself was quicker than expected and really comfortable. The return trip was late picking up and I did panic, but we arrived in good time. The driver made a short break too which was handy. I've booked through this site a few times now and never had a problem.
