The Crowne Plaza at Terminal 4 is the perfect Heathrow hotel if you're looking for a contemporary and comfortable stopover within easy reach of the airport. It's brand new, modern and effortlessly stylish. The major bonus of the Crowne Plaza at T4 is that it is only a 5 minute walk away from T4, making it an ideal Heathrow Terminal 4 Hotel.
We booked the meet and greet, the car was picked up from the Crowne Plaza Heathrow Terminal 4 successfully. At the reception desk our booking couldn’t be found even when we showed the confirmation on our telephone we were not reassured that our booking would be accepted. The Customer Service from the hotel reception staff was appalling with no feedback to ourselves what so ever. We were left waiting for 45 minutes to then be told that they had booked us in. In morning at 5:00am a taxi was waiting and on checking out we were asked to pay the full cost of the room. We had to go through the whole scenario again with a new member of staff until it was resolved for the 2nd time. We would never book that hotel again.

Getting to the airport
The Crowne Plaza T4 is directly connected to Terminal 4 by a covered walkway.
Free London Underground services and shuttles are available from Terminal 4 if you need a different terminal. Both the tube and Heathrow Express go directly to Terminals 2 & 3, where you can change trains to get to Terminal 5. It takes around 20 minutes to get to Terminals 2 & 3, and 30 minutes to Terminal 5.
You'll need to tap on using a contactless or Oyster card to use London Underground services, or you can get a ticket from one of the machines at the station for the Heathrow Express. In both cases, you won't be charged as long as you only travel between the terminals.
Check in from 3pm and check out by 11am.
Parking
Overnight parking at the hotel is available for £25.
Parking while you're away isn't included with this package. If you need parking for the duration of your trip try searching our airport hotel and parking packages instead.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the Urban Brasserie. It's a full buffet with full English and continental options, as well as cold meats, fruit and cereal. It costs £17.95 on the day, or £12.95 when you book it with reception. A la carte options are available for an extra cost.
Breakfast served 6am to 9.30am. 6am to 10.30 on weekends and bank holidays.
