Customer service was excellent here and in Turkey. Our inbound flight was delayed over an hour and our bags did not come through for a while. Atik who provided our airport transfer waited for all of our 7 persons party without fuss. I felt like we really mattered. Our outbound transfer was timely and communication was excellent throughout.

Please don't get me wrong, this is an overall positive experience, but due to the outbound flight being about an hour late, I never expected the driver to still be waiting with a sign at the arrival area. However, trying to get assistance at the nominated desk was impossible and had to buy an expensive roaming data package to contact directly.. BUT, when I eventually managed to contact the driver, he arrived as promised in 5 mins, was super friendly and even stopped off for breakfast and offered to get supplies for us = brilliant!!!
Return was more as scheduled and expected, but if I really, really had to be super picky, both transfer vehicles were not exactly in the best of repair. However, all that said, it's only an extra £20 more than a multi-drop 3hr coach journey (actual transfer time 90min) so, all in all another positive experience and the drivers are incredibly friendly and helpful

When we arrived at anatalyia airport we could not find our transfer to the hotel.he was not standing outside with a card with our name on it. We asked local people for help and we eventually found him at gate 51 which was no where near where we were told he would meet us. The transfer back to the hotel was excellent

Drivers and vehicles were on time and got us to our destinations as required. The meeting instructions weren't clear for the outward journey and this led to calling a number which wasn't for the correct company even though it was on the confirmation. And prior to the return trip I received a WhatsApp message from the taxi firm but it had the wrong name and pickup time so looked like spam.

Better signage on arrival. Drivers not stopping on way back to the airport and bringing you tea and bread, especially when your only 1 Mile from the departure terminal. Then having no change. Made me feel pushed into handing over a larger than normal tip as I only had £20 cash. ????

Easy to book, good instructions to find transfer in the airport. Transfer itself was great, very efficient. Contacted the day before departure with pick up time, which was kept pretty much to the minute. Vehicles really comfortable, drivers nice and courteous, cannot fault the service

Easy to book and the driver was waiting outside the arrivals. Very smooth transfer my only issue was the fact that after a long day and just wanting to get to the hotel, the driver insisted stopping at a cafe/souvenir shop for a 15 minute break, considering the journey was only 50 minutes it was totally unnecessary.

Booking with holiday extras is a very good provider. Unfortunately the service provided by DT Travel was not so good at airport had search for provider. On return, I asked for an earlier pick time, which they agreed but still turned up at the original booking time.

The driver should not be stopping on a "buy something" stop on the way to the all inclusive hotel and more so on the way to the airport! If some odd passenger should decide that he needs a refreshment, this can be asked by the driver beforehand. Also, how come there is no child seat/cushion so that the seatbelt could be worn safely?

Definitely a few improvements could be made for one you could not talk to anyone regarding your booking… there was confusion over my booking we was a part of 8 but they only had 6 down and the company waiting for us hardly spoke English after showing them my booking it took them abit to figure out what they was going to do with us same thing happened on the way back they filled the bus up and we had to have luggage and prams down the center of the mini bus as the driver over packed the boot and was not safe for passengers

Everything was perfect. Drivers arrived exactly on time, comfortable and spacious vehicle. Took well over an hour off the transfer time each way. No waiting for a coach to be filled or late comers, or stops along the way. The best part was that it actually worked out cheaper than taking the basic coach transfer, what's not to like?

I arrived 7 hours late as Antalya Airport was closed due to a very heavy thunderstorm,hailstones on the runway,so was diverted to Dalaman,then flown back to Antalya after the runway was clear,but the transfer staff still were able to get us to our Hotel.There must have been many thousands of arrivals late.Brilliant effort to get everyone on their way.

Everything ran smoothly. The only feedback I have is when we arrived the instruction to find the desk wasn't clear as we arrived at the domestic arrivals. After asking around we found the desk however the man was awol from his desk. We were told to call the number given however our mobiles were not working for some reason and we had to hunt someone down to be able to use their phone. Which was a bit of a problem as the children were tired and it was very hot.

The service was good and I would recommend it. However I am disappointed that no one has replied to my email as I had an issue. My partner's flight was delayed, I phoned Holiday Extra and they reassared me that they will get in touch with the provider and everything will be okay. But when my partner came, they demanded extra money as the voucher was not valid the next day !

Both journeys were on time and got us to our destinations. The return journey was excellent, with a nice air conditioned mini van however, the journey from the airport to the hotel was not great. The van had no working air con and we stopped half way at some random shops for 20 minutes. This was obviously pre-planned and for the purpose of us buying something there. It would have been much better to have our private transfer go directly to our destination.

Even our flight was delayed for nearly 3h when we arrived to Antalya our driver wasn't there but within 8min they found replacement for us.
On the way back driver turned up exactly not even one minute late.

On arrival at Antalya Airport and finding the proper "desk",what a shambles
It was utter chaos. There were 2 manned windows, one with no queue, the other with the longest queue in the airport. The person at the non queue window reffered everyone to join the queue. The one person at the other window was overwhelmed. Eventually I was processed. The car and the driver in both directions couldn't be better. Even he apologised for the chaos.

We had the misfortune to be on a flight that landed in Zagreb due to a drunk passenger for 3 hours.
Although we didn't get a private transfer they did send a car for us and other passengers.

When you exit Antalya airport the transport companies are lined up in kiosks opposite.
Customers need to find the correct kiosk.
This was not in the instructions. Fortunately another driver waiting for passengers advised me where to go after exiting the airport.

There wasn't annyone at the airport arrivals exit when we arrived nor answering the phone when I called. However, once we got in the minibus, we were impressed by how quickly the driver got us to our hotel. The driver on our return journey stopped once tobrefuel then stopped again to purchase a discounted lunch. Thebrefuelling obviously we didn't mind but as we didn't have excessive spare time, we were a bit concerned about the second stop. We arrived bang on 2 hours before the flight which was fine but we had already been caught for about 20 minutes in one diversion and there was no way of knowing if there could be another incident.

The only problem was just to be given a mini bus number with no idea where the Bus was located in the car park . The buses were not parked in any sort of order so it was a bit like searching for a needle in a haystack. We also expected a car and not a mini bus.

Booking was easy and later queries I had were answered well, but no confirmation received by hotel about the collection for the return trip. I had to call them to be told the collection time. That might be the fault of the driver's company, but I would've expected that Holiday Extras would've mandated that as a requirement when booking the service for me.

I booked an airport lounge which made the beginning of the journey all the more enjoyable. I also booked the airport transfer through holiday extras. This was first class. We were delayed by three hours on the outward journey. Even so, the driver was there to greet us and take a very tired family straight to the hotel. The pick up from the hotel was at 4.30am and the driver was there on time and very friendly. Such a great service. Thank you

Booked parking for 2 cars and a transfer. Tried to update one of the vehicles a few times online but it kept reverting back to the wrong car. It was still wrong when we checked the vehicle in at the Drop and Go so had to enter everything again manually.

Transfer booked from Antalya airport in Turkey to our hotel in Alanya - transport was not waiting for us, after a 45 minute delay before take-off and about an hour's delay collecting our luggage. Atik Tours staff called a taxi for us when we presented ourselves to their desk, which took about 30 minutes to arrive. We didn't expect this and had difficulty understanding what was happening. Transport was fantastic when it arrived though :)
I attempted to amend the return journey a day or so before we were due to be picked up, since our flight had been put back 45 minutes, but was told this was not possible (all done via translator in hotel reception). Again, transport was fantastic when it arrived though - driver was polite and helpful :)

We were delayed on our outbound flight and upon arrival at the airport we headed to the transfers desk as detailed. There were a lot of people waiting and we had to wait for at least 45 mins before a mini bus was allocated to us.
They then do a stop off which takes about 20-25 mins minimum. This did not bother us too much on our outbound flight but on our return flight alongside traffic this made us late for check in and had our flight not been delayed we have been rushed to make boarding gate before closure.
The price of the trf is excellent but at Antalya airport pls be prepared to wait for your trf and also be prepared for the stop offs.

The staff were helpful, however it wasn't ready when I arrived, I had to prompt the gentleman and it took a 15 minute wait which was acceptable as it gave us the opportunity to grab a burger. The return was on time and I think because I was pro active and contacted them the night before.

Everything went well on way out, though not clear where to meet driver and it took about 29mins to locate them outside terminal. Problems arose on return journey when driver did not appear, I contacted number provided on text message and on 3 rd attempt they answered only to not speak a work of English. I actually think I woke them up at 7.30pm? I had to get hotel to speak to driver to explain situation and that driver had not arrived. Hotel reception who spoke to driver said due to traffic they would not be there on time and I should take a taxi and keep receipt. Hotel contacted taxi company but they could not guarantee arrival in time so hotel offered private car for €70 but had to pay cash!!! As we were trying to arrange cash the original transfer appeared 30mins late. We made flight but had not time to waste, driver offered water in vehicle but it was warm enough to put a tea bag in it! Kids were crying as they thought we would miss flight and experience was not positive

Brilliant service. Only criticism is that I wasn't told when I would be picked up for my return transfer. I had to call the day before and then received a WhatsApp message about 10 minutes before the vehicle came.

Clean, cool comfortable vehicle. Had to wait a short time at the airport, as a lot of flights had been delayed. The driver didn't know where the hotel was, he used sat nav, and had to turn around twice. Return transfer was on time and and comfortable.

The pick up at the airport was fine. The exterior of the vehicle was poor condition.

Return journey got a whats app message asking to confirm the journey and passengers.
Which was good as a yourist we normally have our mobile on flight mode . So communication via whats app using hotel wifi was good.
Drivers were not able to speak english. It took ages to identify the driver, the driver did not ha e a sign.

I booked a private transfer to get us to our hotel quicker than coach transfer.
Very long walk to the bus, the driver didn't speak to us. It was very hot and stinky on the bus. No aircon, and without sounding rude the driver didn't smell to good. The transfer was supposed to take 1 hour. It ended up more like 1 and a half hour as the driver stopped at a gas station and said he was going to have his lunch ? We asked if we could go straight to the hotel and after a little while he agreed and got back on the coach. I understand that they want to bring business to these little places but you should be given the choice to stop or not.
If this had been our first trip to Turkey we would of had to just go along with it. But luckily this is my 8 th visit, which is why I paid extra for the private transfer.
Only reason I haven't give less stars is because I use holiday extras regularly and haven't had a problem before. So I was very disappointed as I had arrange to holiday for a group of 8 adults and this let us down.
