It must be made clear that you only do transfers to the locations in the dropdown menu or have an option for the location to be typed in.
I had to select a place nearby and then when chating with your 'Bot' they promised that the location would be changed but it never was. I had to contact the transfer company direct to make the changes so that I had confidence that it would happen as I required.

We were greeted by a great driver as soon as we got through from the baggage claim. He took our cases and showed us to the car. On the journey he was really chatty and gave great info on the resort. At the hotel he took our cases into reception. 1st class service.

I was asked to give the list of passenger to our driver on bay 25. He was quite rude even though I did try my hardest to let him know I had the list for which. Was given to me at the transfer desk plus when I liked we were meant to be on another list. We had to wait another hour before we left in a vert hot coach. We got dropped off near our hotel which was OK. But when it is mega hot the hotels that we got picked up from would not allow is to sit in their air conditioned seating area even though they had passengers in their hotel for the same coach. I was nearly fainting with the heat. The hotel Dynastic staff were not so friendly compared to our hotel staff who absolutely brilliant and kept us informed of the pick up times. Very impressed with the hotel regente staff and the transfer. We might try the others ones as they have minibus that take you directly to your hotel instead of a 2 hour round trip to all the other hotels. Apart from from that it was ok.

The mini bus that was sent to collect us to go back to Alicante was not big enough for the 8 passengers and 8 suitcases. The driver rang his boss who said we would have to book a taxi to take some people and some luggage and we would have to pay for this ourselves. We ended up with 2 suitcases on our knees all the way from Benidorm to Alicante airport. Very poor service. They said the vehicle was the same size that brought us from Alicante to Benidorm but all the cases went in the back no problem. Obviously the vehicle was not the same or we wouldn't have had to put cases on our knees.

Although booked private car for 4 and suitcases driver on site on time as per contract. Both drivers helpfull and polite. Vehicle used on both journeys were a coach for only my party of 4. So plenty of room to stretch out after the flight.

Going out, the transfer had to wait an hour for other passengers which wasn't very good. Also when arriving at the destinations we were dropped on a road 10 minutes walk away from the hotel with no instructions on how to get there.

The driver from Alicante to Benidorm could not find the hotel & he was trying to ditch us out of the car in the incorrect location!We knew where the hotel was situated but he was arguing with us pointing to somewhere incorrect. Drivers both on time and no issues finding driver on arrival. Was very impressed with the service from the airport on arrival.
On departure however our driver arrived on time and we initially were very happy. The driver on the way back was horrific, we were terrified. He was speeding so badly it really was so scary. We were driving in the middle of no where at 3am and it is something I never wish to experience again. He was easily 120mph!!

We found the shuttle service very efficient. The coach was easy to find at Alicante airport due to a very efficient member of staff who guided us to the coach.
The coach was clean and tidy and after a short wait we went onto our destination.
The return trip coach arrived on time (very early trip) and waited for some late comers.
We were texted 2 days before returning and thought the message was very informative and peace of mind having an emergency number to ring.
We found the experience went really smoothly and will be booking with you again.

Going out we received a text and email to say our driver would be waiting for us, we was to go to minus 1 where the driver would meet us. We had to wait 10 minutes as driver was waiting outside arrivals. On departure back home we never received any confirmation with pick up times. The hotel we was staying at phoned the company to get information for us. Also driver arrived 2 hours early and we felt bad so after a hour we went out to car as driver was sitting outside.

Waited over an hour at Faro airport to get through passport control. Didn't even have baggage to collect. Headed straight to transfer desk to be told I was a "no show" as more than an hour had lapsed since flight landed. Had to wait another two hours to be out on next bus to my destination. Other passengers were having the same problem. I was told I should have phoned them from the passport queue.

Our Ryanair flight was delayed by 3 hours. We didn't touch down until about 0240hrs Spanish time. I was worried that our transfer coach would be long gone, and the desk unmanned. I need not have fretted. The man was in attendance, and the coach was waiting for us. Brilliant service, as always, from Holiday Extras.

Everything was perfect, although on the return trip to the airport the driver said we were not booked onto his bus. this was despite the email/text i had showing our reservation.
He called the office and said we should be on another bus but, nevertheless, he let us onto his bus.
We were definitely booked onto this bus so not sure why he, and his office, were saying otherwise.
It didn't become a problem because he let us on the bus nonetheless.
Other than this hic-cup, everything was good and we would have no hesitation booking again.

App is so easy to use, once you have correct airport all available flights are there for you to choose from. Once booked you receive confirmation. Everything went smoothly and the app kept us to date with pick up times. If there was one thing would suggest is to make it easier to contact customer services. I needed to add another person which I couldn't do on the app and I found it difficult to speak to someone, however once I did get through to someone on chat my query was resolved quickly. I was so pleased with the service I have just used them again for another transfer and for airport parking. I found this was the cheapest site for Bristol Short Stay Parking.

Only negative was in bound coach driver had the music on far too loud nobody could hear what he was saying when stopping at hotels to drop people off, everyone was confused and shouting for him to turn it down but he didn't seem to realise the problem he was causing.

Everything went very well. If I was to try find anything to say. Possibly a name board for your booking when coming out the airport. But that's not a big deal. The kiosk is right there.
Drivers were helpful, on time, bus was clean, I changed the destination to go to our exact apartment area as it wasnt listed and this all went very easy. All staff at the kiosk were also very helpful.

Straight through arrivals Beniconnect desk right ahead fantastic safe driver smart clean car flight arrived at 14.00pm thankfully our cases first off arrived at the hotel approximately 3pm now that's a fantastic service on top of that the price was the best we gad been quoted. We have in the past booked direct with Beniconnect and always had a great service. Thank you for that at our ages it makes for a stress free start to our holiday only regret didn't book a return..note to self..definitely book a return. Had attempted to book with a few other companies that I had used before however there seemed to be no availability for the service I required, I then found Holiday Extras and the booking process was very quick and super easy. Both pick ups were on time and ran smoothly. The only issue I had which I am still confused about is that I got messages from Hoppa confirming bookings with the same reference number, I had tried to book with Hoppa and they had no availability so that was very confusing, I presume you are in fact the same company. .

Given the late evening flight arrival time, the long wait by the driver at the airport after the bus was full to capacity made the initial day of our holiday very frustrating & tiring indeed. Then the continuous doubling back around the narrow streets of Benidorm added more & more time. Maybe it's the nature of the location, Spanish working practices, who knows but we will take a private taxi next time

Very easy to find our connection at Alicante Airport. However, on arrival in Benidorm, we were told this is your stop, which was not at our accommodation. On asking the driver to assist, he said 500 yards down that way. We eventually found our apartments by accident. An elderly, disabled man, with two walking sticks, was told it was his stop too, he asked the same question, driver said 7 mins in that direction which was in the opposite direction from what he'd said to us. We saw the man on the return journey and it turned out his accommodation was round the corner from ours and it had taken him well over an hour and a half to locate it. Seems to me that we should have been told in advance that we were not being dropped off outside our apartments and perhaps the drivers should be furnished with more detailed instructions to assist people to find their places quickly. I understand that the coach was not able to access the street we were going to but a bit more help from the drivers, especially if there are disabled people and it's dark, would be helpful. Was very pleased with the return journey to Airport, clean, comfortable, small coach and very pleasant driver.,

Although we booked our return pick up with you and confirmed this online. The bus did not pick us up as our pick up point is not on their list. The nearest point is a 10 minutes walk away which we were not informed of. After ringing the office we had to book a taxi to take us to another pick up point further away to rendezvous with the bus. The taxi fare was 14 euros.

The journey from Alicante Airport was fine, a bit of a wait but not too bad.
The driver arrived at his 3rd stop and then told us to get off as our hotel was only 200 yards up the road. He refused to budge and while this occurred another chap missed the step getting off the bus and ended up on the pavement. Everyone helped except the driver who can best be described as lazy.
The return journey from the hotel to the airport was excellent, we were picked up on time from our hotel, the driver assisted with our suitcase, a different experience altogether.

We got a private transfer from Alicante airport to Benidorm. The process was super easy and smooth. The only glitch was that the instructions on our email stated we should get the lift down to the desk on floor -2. When we arrived at Alicante airport, it was fine, no problems. The hiccup we had, was, we were told to be outside the villa 10 minutes before departure, which we were at 10:00am for a 10:20 pick up. At about 11am still no taxi. I rang the emergency number,to be told he was there, he was at a different area. When I confirmed the booking the day before like I was told to do, I said it was the same address where we were dropped off, they said yeh thats fine. As you can imagine 6 adults and 2 children in the burning sun didn't go down well, as we were concerned about getting there late for our flight. The driver wasn't very pleased with us,and we kept saying it wasn't our fault, take it out on the office.

I booked a private transfer to the apartment through the My Holiday Extra app. We arrived at around 1am due to a 2 hour delay from Jet2 however the transfer company were very helpful and took us straight to our taxi. The ride was very comfortable, we where unsure of our destination as we were staying in a rented private apartment but the driver stayed with us until we found the correct flat. I did not receive an email for the collection time so the day before departure I phoned the number for the transfer company and they gave me the pick up time. On the day of departure the taxi was exactly on time and we arrived at the airport on time and stress free.

Slight confusion on arriving in Spain. As on confirmation it says go to go to minus 2 which we did only to be told we are private transfer go back to the desk upstairs. We eventually found or driver. Guess this didn't help as we were delayed on the flight maybe.
Driver on the way to our accommodation was very quiet and didn't really say hello to us just ushered us into the transport. He almost didn't give us card and return time we had to ask.
Called the office of transport to change our return trip time as airport text wanted us early. They changed time no problem. Driver arrived on time. Was a very happy friendly driver, chatting to us asking if we enjoyed our holiday.

Very impressed with the service. Very punctual. Our transfers there and back were extremely comfortable and air-conditioned. Helpful and polite drivers. My only comment on improvement was our paperwork told us to go to level -2 which was incorrect. They told us the paperwork hadn't been changed since Covid so maybe this is something that could be updated, it was easily remedied and we found the correct desk easily after we were pointed in the right direction.

Quick and easy to book using the app & having all the details on there instead of printing out is great.
However on arrival into Benidorm I was dropped at the wrong hotel even though on my booking confirmation it was correct.
I spent over an hour waiting to get through on the online chat, the following day to change this for my departure. The correspondent on the chat did email through to 'beniconnect' to ensure I would be collected from the right hotel on leaving Benidorm.
I had not heard anything from email the next day like I was told, so I had to ring up this time. The correspondent was v.friendly and checked 'Beniconnect' had changed their system. To put me at ease & they had. Could really have done without this worry and time sorting when on a short holiday as it is.
Cheap connection so I would use service again.

Holiday extras service was great . Staff helping us when we parked & dropped of the keys . unfortunately the rest of the service at the airport was horrendous. 3 hours of queuing for bag drop & security. No fast track, had to run to the gate for the flight with Ryanair. It's put us off Manchester airport.

Private transfer went really well. We were met directly outside arrivals and took straight to our apartment. Then picked up as planned directly back to the airport. Couldn't fault the service and would use again.
