On arrival we were met by a very friendly driver who allocated us a car, (we had booked a minibus) the 30 minute drive to our hotel was quite a scary experience, the driver exceeded the speed limit for the majority of the journey and overook on a stretch of road where overtaking was not allowed. The driver, Simon was very pleasant and easy to deal with. However, upon arrival, he didn't know our name, how many passengers we were or exactly where our hotel was. None of this was Simon's fault. The transfer company that he was working for only gave him a location, so he put that in the GPS and it took us to a location which was not our hotel. Simon was very apologetic and when we gave him the name of the hotel he put it into his GPS and was able to take us straight there. Please don't get me wrong, this is an overall positive experience, but due to the outbound flight being about an hour late, I never expected the driver to still be waiting with a sign at the arrival area. However, trying to get assistance at the nominated desk was impossible and had to buy an expensive roaming data package to contact directly.. BUT, when I eventually managed to contact the driver, he arrived as promised in 5 mins, was super friendly and even stopped off for breakfast and offered to get supplies for us = brilliant!!! Return was more as scheduled and expected, but if I really, really had to be super picky, both transfer vehicles were not exactly in the best of repair. However, all that said, it's only an extra £20 more than a multi-drop 3hr coach journey (actual transfer time 90min) so, all in all another positive experience and the drivers are incredibly friendly and helpful

The pick up point was on a main road, and in very hot weather. There was no shade from the sun. Not the best of locations. My Hotel was on a wide road which local buses use . Why could they not pick me up outside my hotel, which was only 600 metres from the actual pick up point ? There was a direct route from my hotel, so there would not have been any need to reverse or do a " U" turn. It would be very discomforting for anyone with children. Our flight was delayed 3 hours going out but the transfer driver was waiting for us at the airport and our pick up for the return journey back to the airport was right on time, great service. The staff we spoke with by telephone were very polite and helpful a real credit to the company and I highly recommend them.

Transport from the airport to the hotel was wonderful. Driver was friendly and efficient.. collection for our return journey was early and the driver was polite, informing us that there was another collection from a different hotel. However the family did not turn up to collected from that hotel so we were made to wait a further 15 minutes after their collection time. This made us late for the three hours were supposed to arrive at the airport, which made me really anxious. The time we had to wait for them then. Changed to having to wait from 10 minutes to 15 minutes, heightening my anxiety. I was unable to contact the office to arrange an earlier pick up as it was the weekend and out of office hours. I was frustrated that time oh s family caused this and did not even turn up. I have learnt that in future it will be easier to request an Uber.

Only one vehicle turned up at the hotel for our trip to the airport in Prague, this was obviously not enough for 9 adults. After phone calls and some panic another taxi turned up, but we were now in rush hour. We made it but straight through with no time for any of us to browse duty free and spend the local currency we had saved for that. The one from the airport to our hotel was battered, had big scratches down the side and my husband was asked to sit in the front as there was literally no room in the back. Transfer team at airport superb. Flight arrived early, but they went out their way and moved things around to get us on our way straight away. Condition of transfer vehicle immaculate. Nice for driver to engage in conversation. Return journey was a bit of a mystery. Received a phone call the day before leaving, informing us that they had to bring our transfer forward by an hour due to the road to the airport being closed due to a cycle race. Not a major issue, but other transfers from the hotel left at normal time. Outcome was that we were at airport 4 hrs before departure. I suppose better safe than sorry. Again pick up at agreed time and vehicle spotless

Our return transfer was safe & comfortable. The outbound however - the drivers seat was so far back my husband could barely move his legs. He drove with the windows down instead of having the AC on. The conditions of the roads in Kingston are also horrific (which is outwith your control) however I felt the outbound driver did not take as much care as the return driver.

Pick up from airport couldn't have been any better. No waiting and transferred by a VIP mini bus. Coming home we were told to be at the hotel entrance on Amerikis Street, and the coach arrived on Kanari Street a block away meaning we had to rush. If it hadn't been for the hotel manager we would have missed it. My phone was on and the only update was that the driver was on his way, didn't mention the change of pickup.

Both airport pickups were on time and and good service on the return trip to Faro airport I left my backpack in the taxi but the driver called me back with in 15min to say that he had found it in the taxi and said that he would bring it to me at the airport which he did with in 15min I was very impressed with his honesty and care unfortunately I did not get his name Definitely use again

I also used your transfer service early July 2024 to collect 6 of us arriving on 2 flights. I gave details of the later flight.. Although the flight was not late, gran canaria airport was chaotic getting through passport control and it took over an hour to get through your service only provides for up to an hour after landing. We were lucky our driver waited longer and we did not miss our transfer. I think you need to look at this policy of waiting for only an hour! This trip however no delay on arrival

The description of pick up at airport had me concerned. Being notified they would wait for a total of an hour after landing as we've often taken a lot longer to get through customs wasn't good.. The reality is they ask you to let them know when you are ready for pick up and they come and collect you then so no need for concern at all. Only downside was we had to wait 30 minutes in the heat for collection after being told by the driver they were 8 minutes away. Pick up at hotel for return journey was excellent.

Having arranged airport transfers many times, it is important to us that the pick up vehicle is outside the Arrivals hall. We do not want the fast-paced walk (with luggage) up to the bus terminal/car park above the airport. Doing this you get dragged into the throng of passengers who are typically going to get their shared buses to the resort hotels. This is fine if this is the service you want (included in the TUI price) If I'm paying for a private transfer, I expect the more convenient location. This does appear to be a bit hit and miss, how can I guarantee this better pick up location?
