Transfer was not private on collection and was an hour late. Did not arrive at all on way home leaving 8 of us in a mad rush to get to the airport. Raised a complaint and was sent an automated response saying 30 days to respond!

The dates on our booking were wrong and we did not notice. So when we got back we had to pay for the extra days. They wanted over £400.00 but it was reduced when we told the car park operator that we could not pay that much. So please check that your dates are correct on your confirmation letter! Felt like a scam because we booked on line with the correct dates.
