Excellent system for parking and safe airport parking close to the terminal. Would help to have better signage to direct drivers to the correct parking area, not clear at all. Helpful staff who let me out of a the wrong carpark without paying the £9 for 3 minutes. Meet and greet was around the back and I found it by luck having missed it once. Directions from a helpful attendant solved the problem. Overall excellent.

I booked meet and greet Parking at Luton. All went smoothly and according to plan. I have used many times before. The only problem at Luton has been the ANPR system does not seem to be linked to the Parking payment platform so when you leave, the barrier demands payment. However, this now seems at least acknowledged as they give you a code to pass to the barrier operators when this happens.

We booked to park out car at the priority carpark Terminal 1 in Luton Airport. Great service, everything went smoothly. I even changed my time slots on the app, and at one point cancelled the first booking I made as wanted to be closer to the airport. Was able to use the refund voucher when I booked the Terminal location parking. The car was kept safely, didn't find any issues when we returned. Our flight was delayed by 50mins, which meant we didn't get the pick up the car till 1 hour later than booked. They didn't cause any issues about this. Very happy customer and recommend this company.

Very quick and efficient. Easy to find, when I arrived I was seen to right away and same happened on the way back.

Overall everything was fine. The only one thing the parking used to be called "multy store car park" which has been changed to "car park 1". Also the name of the company is not displayed so when we arrived we were not sure if we were at the right place. Otherwise everything was nice and trouble free.
