When I returned to get my car I entered my ticket to leave the machine was telling me I had an excess charge I spoke with the lady by phone she was really helpful and let us out

Yes, guided to a spot near the bus stop which was great for pulling heavy suitcases. Could do with a bit more lighting in the car park.

Arrived back early hours of the morning car park was pitch black with pots holes everywhere it had been raining and because the was no lighting nearly fell over because of the pots holes.

Process of booking in was so smooth, with a very polite greeting. Didn't have to wait long for shuttle bus and leaving was very easy. Would say markings in car park need refreshing as other customers were driving the wrong way round and spaces are quite small, considering you have to get cases in and out of cars

Everything was just as we were told. Staff were friendly and very helpful. My husband was in a wheelchair and we also had a large case. We were helped onto the bus by staff and the bus driver. No problems.
