Car returned with mud on the wheels and grass, mud etc on the passenger side footwell. Hard to reach on the phone re collection, inbox full! Ridiculously expensive, will never use again.

On our arrival at Heathrow there was no Blue Circle rep with documentation for my booking. The person there took a photo of my paperwork and said that he would pass it on to the driver when he returned. On our return home, no car. Blue Circle rep was unable to comprehend that I was returning and not arriving and was more interested in me providing my car park entry ticket. An absolute imbecile. Car arrived 25 minutes later. Will never ever use Blue Circle again. Clowns.

Poor signs to short stay Heathrow car park with Drive Meet Greet, this was due to building works but the company should have altered the signs. Also call them as you land not after baggage collection as they say, as it takes a while for your car to arrive back

Meet and greet parking at Heathrow Airport. Instructions and service we received was clear and helpful. Drove car to drop off point and was collected. On arrival back at Heathrow and a phone call and our car was waiting for us.
