Amy's bar is the heart of the Hilton and, just like the restaurant, Amy’s is a warm and welcoming place to get your holiday started. The bar serves drinks from 11am until late, and a bar menu is served from 11am until midnight (see our restaurants page for a full range of dishes). Soak up the pre-holiday cheer and ponder over the extensive wine list, which includes champagnes and sparkling wines. Bottles cost from £19 upwards.
