Getting to the airport

The Heathrow Hoppa shuttle bus runs regularly during the airport's opening hours. Hoppa tickets cost £6.80 per person one way, or £12 for a return. Up to two children under 15 travel free with a paying adult. Before you book, make sure to check the latest routes and timetables. Depending on your terminal, you may need to catch the Hoppa and then the free Heathrow Express between terminals.

Or you can book a WeKnow electric shuttle available at the reception screens, from £9 per person each way.

Check in from 3pm, check out by 11am.

Restaurant

Steak and Lobster – 12 noon to 10.30pm

This stylish and modern restaurant's speciality is unsurprisingly, steak and lobster. Choose your steak and they'll cook it just how you like it, with or without lobster! If steak isn't your thing, the lobster macaroni cheese is particularly good, and make sure you try the Mason jar desserts – they won't disappoint.

If you're looking for vegetarian or vegan options, the bar has more choice.

Bar

Bijou bar – 5pm to midnight

Lit by an impressive chandelier, the Bijou bar has a more varied menu than the Steak and Lobster with simple, delicious meals. There's a good choice of beers, wine and spirits or the bar's mixologist will be ready to create the perfect cocktail. The passionate cocktail and the lychee sling are popular favourites.

Breakfast

Steak and Lobster – 6am to 10am weekdays, 6am to 11am weekends & bank holidays

Breakfast is a huge buffet full of continental and full English options as well as some other surprises. Eat as much as you like from the buffet and for a little extra treat you can also order pancakes, french toast and more from the à la carte menu.

There's plenty for those with dietary requirements too but speak to the restaurant team about any needs you have and they'll be able to help.

The buffet is £25pp, or there's a takeaway breakfast available if you're leaving earlier.

Things to do

The hotel's good-size gym has high-tech TechnoGym equipment and free weights in a modern space, with pretty much everything you need for a workout.
