You can depend on a good meal
As soon as you enter the Premier Inn Gatwick A23 Airport Way you’ll find a warm, inviting atmosphere - thanks to the open-plan restaurant and bar area which is immediately off the lobby.

The Thyme Restaurant
The contemporary Thyme restaurant offers an a la carte menu as well as a comfortable atmosphere for relaxed dining. Service is friendly and efficient and children are welcome at all times. If you wish to eat dinner between 7pm and 10pm, it is advisable to book as the restaurant is very popular (and there are no other dining options within walking distance).
Breakfast -The Premier Inn Gatwick A23 Airport Way offers an all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast, with both continental and cooked options. Tuck into premium pork sausages, back bacon, button mushrooms, tomatoes, Heinz baked beans and eggs cooked any way you like them. Or perhaps stick to Kelloggs cereals, toast, croissants and crumpets. There’s also yoghurt, both plain and flavoured, and fresh fruit. The coffee is self-service, from a Costa machine and there is also a selection of Twinings teas. Everything is laid out buffet style and you can help yourself to as much as you like.
Lunch -A simple but wide-ranging snack menu is served throughout the day, so if you arrive early and want something to eat you’re sure to find something you'll like here. You can choose from a range of sandwiches, baguettes and paninis or indulge in a hearty chicken and leek pie or a succulent steak.
Dinner -There’s something to suit all on the Premier Inn Gatwick A23 Airport Way's dinner menu. Start with chicken goujons, baked camembert or a bowl of seasonal soup before choosing from main courses such as the mixed grill, either a beef or chicken burger, chicken fajitas or beef lasagne. There’s also fish and chips, sausage and mash and a range of pizzas.
Desserts include caramel apple crumble, profiteroles and pecan tart but our favourite has to be the ultimate sharing sundae – a vanilla and Belgian chocolate confection made with ice cream, brownie, profiteroles and cream, all topped with fudge sauce.
